Zlokalizowany blisko stacji metra, którym (2 linie) w ok. 10 minut dojedziesz do centrum Waszyngtonu. Pokoje przestronne z częścią wypoczynkową.

Słabe wygłuszenie, bardzo głośno poprzez kanał wentylacyjny słychać odgłosy z innego pokoju. Śniadanie nie jest zbyt dobre, ale to raczej standard w hotelach amerykańskich tej klasy.

Receptionists- both are just unfriendly and didn’t want to be bothered especially the guy

The breakfast was outstanding which was included. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The hotel is located within walking distance to the Metro and several good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed's mattress needed to be changed. There was a dip in the middle and I woke with a backache. On the plus side, the room was exceptionally clean.

Location was close to courthouse Metro station. Hotel is clean, staff cooperative. Breakfast was also very good. Family enjoyed the stay.

Bath tub should be provided with some kind of mats to avoid slippery.

The hotel location is near the metro and with food joints around.

When I arrived, the phones were not working so to communicate I had to go downstairs. My bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain very well. The coffee was empty both times I went for breakfast and had to wait for it to be refilled and some of the hot food was barely warm.

The room was nice

I don’t like how housekeeping does not announce themselves when walking into an occupied room. Someone opened my room door way before check out and did not say who they were. Luckily, I had the extra lock on the door to keep it from opening all the way. I was just getting out the shower when the door opened. My privacy was definitely invaded and the only response I received was “well we can come into the room at any time.” That didn’t make sense and it did not sit well with me.

The room, location and atmosphere of the hotel were very nice. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating, will definitely be staying again when in the area.

The location was great literally 15 minutes from the city of DC. Hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff was unhelpful and did not seem to know their job. Checkin was difficult and the elevator key situation was cumbersome, no pool no one told us where things were.

We really liked the service and hospitality of the hotel staff, they welcomed us and showed us in a friendly manner all the main amenities of the hotel, showed us to the parking garage. All rooms are bright and clean, we booked the High room and the view was great despite the office building on the opposite side of the street.

They turn on by default their new "cleaning on demand" service or something like that, which means they won't clean the room and change towels and linens until you ask them to. I can understand the reasons for such decisions, but it reduces the overall comfort of staying there.

Wonderful facility and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was extremely yummy.
