I have stayed in quite a few different properties but this hits the sweet spot. Very well appointed and super clean. It has anything and everything that you can want. Super comfortable bed which I needed. A great shower and kitchen and even a porch to sit on with a gas grill. Right away I felt super uncomfortable. It’s best for two but there are provisions for more with a Murphy bed in the living room. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!! Thank you for your hospitality!

The remodel job of the above the garage apartment was superior. It is a very comfortable one bedroom apartment over the garage. It is very close to downtown and convenient to restaurants. Need to know it is not a walk out— there are stairs. My husband had shoulder surgery and knowing there are stairs would have been helpful but once upstairs it was very nice and comfortable.

Property was perfect for my wife and I. Very very nice unit , clean as a whistle and well stocked, great layout, roomy and very nice bathroom and shower. Very nice covered outdoor deck to get some fresh air and views. Definitely would rent again.

This apartment had everything we needed in a cozy, clean, comfortable space. Lots of personal touches throughout, including snacks and coffee choices. Close to everything we did and very safe area. Thanks, Tom!!

Tom provides a great place . The home is is very comfortable with quality furnishings . Everything you could want in the kitchen and bath is provided. The location is very easy walk to downtown. We will definitely stay every time we visit.

Everything was excellent except for WiFi was pretty slow. Noticeable to me since I was working for some of my stay and connectivity wasn’t solid enough for good online meetings. Would have given all 5 star if internet was better

Stayed for 2 nights here. Tom was absolutely the cooleset host and promptly answered questions. Very hospitable. Out fo all my VRBO stays, this one was probably the most clean, well maintained, and warm place Ive been. You can tell that Tom really takes pride in his place. So cool to see. Will absolutely be back that way at some point.

We loved every minute of our stay! The level of thoughtfulness that Tom put into this guesthouse is nothing short of incredible... the design, the decor, the fully stocked cupboards and drawers, and the Mesa County info. Tom goes above and beyond to make visitors feel welcome. The apartment was clean, comfy, and convenient to Main Street. It's a pleasant 15 minute walk to Main Street and the many restaurants and galleries, and it's handy to have off-street parking as well. The area provides an amazing array of hiking opportunities, and as much as we loved the natural beauty it was equally delightful to return to this guest house each evening. Thank you, Tom, for hosting us! We hope to have the opportunity to return to the area and stay in this guesthouse again.

This little oasis is my new favorite when staying in Grand Junction. Had everything you could want in an in town rental. This place was perfect with too many amenities to list. If you’re staying in Junction and this is available you should definitely consider it.

Better than expected! Elegant, cozy, well appointed details. Everything was clean, and beautiful. Great vibe! Tom went out of his way to make us feel comfortable…. even had a welcome array of goodies, games, maps of things to do in the area. The layout of the apartment was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful with all new appliances and fixtures. The shower was great! Decorated beautifully! Immediately felt at home. The location was great! Just a few short blocks to Main St., Grand Junction for shopping and restaurants. Had a great time! Thank you Tom! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding location and host!

One of the most well-stocked and cleanest short-term rentals I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. Tom has really considered every tiny detail for your comfort. Snacks in the kitchen, plush towels, and comfortable beds. Excellent location 2 minutes from downtown. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

This property was exactly what we needed! It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked, the grill worked great, the outdoor patio was comfy, it's very close to the CMU campus and downtown, and the parking was easy and convenient. It was exactly as promised. Thank you!

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been the best so far! Wonderful facilities, comfortable bed, and generous complementary treats. Appreciated the addition storage for my bike and the patio! You have raised the bar!

First of all, communication from the owner was quick and very clear. I had a few questions prior to our stay and the response was almost immediate. Second, the check in process was simple. The owner provided clear and precise directions prior to our stay. And finally, the property was perfect for our stay. It is located in a quiet and safe area, and is close to the downtown area. The house appears to be new and has all of the amenities we could hope for. The kitchen is stocked with high quality pots, pans, knives, coffee maker, etc. The bedding, towels, and toiletries are also of high quality. I highly recommend this property!

The property is ideal for a couple (or possibly three to four close friends/family). The location is excellent, and is well represented in the listing.There is good parking. The host has created a beautiful property that is very well maintained. The host is available but allows you your privacy. My partner and I have already discussed a future visit. Highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to spend our 5 days in Grand Junction. The location was convenient, to both Lincoln Park for the JUCO tournament and downtown. The upstairs apartment was comfortable, well appointed, and gorgeous, and the host provided a well stocked kitchen and bath. The washer / dryer was a real plus. We would definitely try to stay here against n on a future stay!

The condo was very comfortable, clean, quiet. Close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our time there very much.
