Great room had a sea view room. Breakfast was lovely. Cooked breakfast nice and hot and good choice. Room was clean and fresh looking.

Check in was quick. Lovely hotel on the sea front. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Room was ok. Nice bathroom. Breakfast wasn't good not much on offer and room dark and gloomy. Needs a refresh. Place seems unloved. Didn't see any staff upon checkout and just a note to leave keys.

Hotel was on the quieter side on Llandudno which was good easy parking. Food was good and plentiful

We were on our "World Tour of Wales" and this was our ninth night.
The welcome was: Reception is unmanned, so we had to find someone to check us in. If there was a sign, it was not big enough to read.
The room was beautifully decorated, clean and luxurious. The hotel currently undergoing renovations, judging by what's been done, it will be a fabulous boutique hotel once it's finished. It is in a great location, the main part of town in half a mile away and there is a lovely sandy beach opposite.
We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was delicious, the menu having lots of options, including vegetarian and vegan. Breakfast was cooked to order, which was great.
We stayed in ten hotels during our holiday and we rated them like the charts from 10 to 1, where 1 was the best. The prices ranged from £65 to £125. The Lily was below the median cost and came in at No. 8, but there was some stiff competition.
Would we return: Yes we would.
Good to know: Parking is free on the street outside the hotel.

My husband is 6 ft 7, so wherever possible we book a room with a King sized bed. This room was advertised as such, but only had a double bed. When I queried this, I was told that the Hotels.com information is wrong but is too difficult to change. Apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable & breakfast was good. If we'd had the King sized bed as booked, I would have given 5 stars.

The exterior of the property could benefit from renovations. Bedroom was modern, and decorated with style. Ample free parking on the street. Pub and restaurant were lively with and were good value for money. A full cooked breakfast was included in the price.

The hotel is on the sea front which is lovely to look at out of the window. It was clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only issue was the toilet seat, the fixings were broken which meant it slid around. The breakfast was lovely, good size portion of cooked choices.

Warm friendly welcome ,staff pleasant and helpful.The bedroom was large , clean and tidy, the bathroom had some issues with paintwork that needs updating and the side of the shower unit base needed repair- but there are signs- on arrival-that room maintenance is ongoing. The breakfast was plentiful both in choice and amount! A great place for a seaside break.

the building was being refurbished/no problem there.
no heating in our room only about 2 hours in the day ,stayed 4 nights , the radiator in the bathroom not working.

Greeting on arrival was good and staff very helpful, Parking was good plenty of space for the time of year and as its just parking on the street, good bar and dining area, rooms were a bit out dated but it was stated in visitor book in the room it was under inprovements, not as clean as expected.

This was our first visit to the property and was greeted by a very friendly person on our arrival.The bedroom was superb one of the nicest we have stayed in.the breakfast was excellent and we will be returning soon

Overall good, though some poor points in room, fluff on carpet and under bed (easily solved) really rusty brackets on bathroom window. Good breakfast each morning, easy checkin. nice views from room over Conway estuary.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good except for over ripe bananas.
The wallpaper was peeling off by the window and the towels were very thin with a couple of holes.

Room was far too small, wardrobe so small had to keep clothes in suit case. Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Same breakfast every day no variety, had to battle to get scrambled egg instead of fried!
Would not recommend this. Owner needs to take a course at charm school!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lilly, was perfectly situated for us in a quieter side of Llandudno, lovely views from our hotel room and nice breakfast in the morning
However our bath didn’t work it just kept draining the water out that was the only issues, apart from that we had a great stay and we will happily recommend and stay again

The team are super kind, the cook works hard to do solid and enjoyable food, it has a kind uplifting atmosphere with its own vibe and lovely views over the bay, We where well looked after, thanks. Things that could be improved a little, WIFI was very weak so it was not usable for us, the menu could consider more vegetarian options. Breakfast was generous and tasty, if you want less fuss and more chill go here.

Various things not as advertised
Parking - none available, on the road parking only. At the time we went not a problem as plenty of space on the road but might be difficult in summer. Informed if there advert said no parking no one would come.
Asked for King size bed but none available
I was told .com companies won’t allow them to change the details
Bed was lumpy and bumpy with a quilt to match. Would not go there again met a couple who was leaving who said the same

Article said room had a shower. An irtical at toom it was s duel tap on bath. No shower over bath or walknin shower as advertised so dissapointed with that. The room however was comfy and breakfast was very nice. If we book again i would expect z shower as advertised. Lovely hotel and close to walk to town.

Another fabulous stay here. You are made very welcome from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great.Loved the jar of cookies on hospitality tray.Will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel, needs a bit of work on it, some parts shabby, not too good for disabled persons many steps and few supporting rails, the room was lovely and warm, would come back again, if the disabled facilities were better.

Hi.
No side table or surface to sit and have coffee, write notes or do computer work. Finish up spilling coffee an spending half hour cleaning up using a toilet roll.
No other complaints.

Hotel is a bit tired in areas, wallpaper lifting on walls in the corridors, paintwork need doing in bathroom, shower tray outside cracked.
On a positive note a
nice touch having complimentary water, tea, coffee & biscuits
Toiletries in bathroom nice white towels .
Bed was a bit small, soft mattress and a bit hot in the room even with windows open.
Breakfast was goid, cereal,juices, pastries,fruit, toast, and cc a lovely full English breakfast and a good quality bacon and sausage.

A great location for a summer break in Llandudno. Beautiful beaches a short distance away, plenty of free parking on public roads and easy access from the hotel to the Orme. Whilst the hotel is just across the road from a large children's playground and would welcome children, overall it is probably more suitable for adult guests.

Been here before and would come back again and again. We paid a little bit more for a sea view room which was lovely. The room was nice bathroom was good with a power shower. Few toiletries as-well. Room was a little dated but for 1 night was just what we needed. Breakfast was included it was a full english, made to order and then help yourself to toast, cereals and fruit. Free parking on the front. Would recommend.

View from our room was great, breakfast was excellent really hot and cooked to order. Could do with 1 extra staff on as it was sunny and only 1 person on trying to do everything. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
