This hotel was very nice and clean. I also got a great deal.The room was very comfortable and everything was in great working order. The location of the hotel was also great because it was within easy walking distance of the main street with restaurants and banks as well as close to the bus station. You will really enjoy your stay here!

Excellent breakfast just on time to start a busy day with activities. Staff was very welcoming and polite. Yes! Recommend

I tried for two days to contact them by phone and email. Twice they hung up after picking up the phone and others it just rung out. Email was never responded to. Then they wrote to me saying you are staying soon do you need a shuttle from the airport . I said yes have them full details. Arrived and no one. Tried ringing they hung up. Git delayed one hour whilst I arranged a bus. Finally got there room was good, clean, breakfast was generous. Tv didn't work I forgot to tell them.

Lovely place and room, helpful friendly staff, good breakfast, about 15-20 minutes walk to downtown, 10 minutes walk to bus station.

We were on the back side of the building which faced a venue with loud live music being played until 2am a hundred meters or so away. Although that is not the properties fault be aware if you are staying on the weekend. Better soundproofing is needed for these rooms on the backside. We had a 6am wakeup call and earplugs and white noise could not solve the noise issue.

One bedroom apartment which was large. Heater, good shower with plenty of hot water, double bed comfortable. Stove. Microwave. Easy walking distance to town 10 mins. Supermarkets nearby.

Friendly staff, close to the bus station, with good breakfast options. The room was spacious and comfortable. Close to a supermarket, and a few minutes away from a laundrette. The WIFI was terrible, would cut out every few minutes, and when it did work it was extremely slow and limited. The hot water in the shower would only last a couple of minutes before going cold. Overall though, a decent option for the price.

It was quite nice, only issue was heat was too hot. Then too cold.

We stayed 4 nights in January - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket. 'Motel' style rooms with outdoor access up external stairs. Rooms comfy. Decent breakfast. Edge of town - about 15 minutes walk to main restaurant area. Approx 10 minutes from main bus station, but not easiest to locate without local network -

Even thought is a small apartment, the rooms, the bath and the kitchen well equipped. The rooms were big enough.

Need to do a little renovations in the bathroom ceiling. Put more hangers in the washroom

Both google map and Apple map point the location to the wrong address. The facility looked nice from outside. The front desk staff was very helpful. However the inside needs significant updating. The windows are single pane and we can hear all the road noise. The showers and the hot water faucets are not working properly, etc.

Enjoyed our stay! The rooms were huge and complementary breakfast was nice. Great proximity to the center of town and bus station.

Great! Only comment is that the description mentioned there were English speaking front desk attendants, and this was not true. It led to a few hiccups but overall everything was excellent.

Great value spot in El Calafate with excellent location. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

This place had by far one of the cleanest suites we have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Supper close to downtown (3 mins by car - 10 mins by foot) El Calafate but far enough to get a piece of tranquility after a busy day. We will definitely stay here again if we ever have another opportunity to visit this magical place. We will 100% recommend this place

It's alright. The room is tiny and not well isolated so we can hear everything of the room next to us and the barking of the dog during the night. The personal at check-in is very nice and helpful. Excellente location, nearby the center at walking distance, main reason why I choose this hostel.

It look like apartment which yiu have area for cooking bed room bathroom. Don't be worried about cold weather due to there is heater in your room. But you have to walk to downtown around 10 minutes.
