My family and I booked this condo over a long weekend in September. The condo was exactly as described. Clean, updated interior, high end details like linens were wonderful. The location is ideal, walk to stores, beach and cafe's. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor living in beautiful weather. The roof deck was a really special bonus, we enjoyed having a glass of wine and chatting taking in the view. This is an excellent location for friends or family to gather. Kid and pet friendly. We would absolutely book this location again.

We had a short two night stay with a group that included a 6 mo old. The room layout was perfect for the 7 of us, and the extra space upstairs made it easy for those wanting to stay up later and extend the festivities to be able to do that without keeping others awake. Great location in town too. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place and the perfect location for our short SB getaway! The close proximity to downtown, the beach, marina, harbor, and FunkZone allowed us to walk everywhere! The rooftop terrace was perfect for morning coffee (thank goodness for the fabulous coffee machine!) and a happy hour cocktail. The beds and pillows were comfortable too. We will definitely be returning!

Everything about this property was perfect. Location, communication, space, cleanliness - our family had zero complaints! We wish we could have stayed longer! The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and charming. Parking was never an issue. The location was perfect and we were able to walk downtown to eat and enjoy many activities. The home had everything we needed with plenty of space for us to feel comfortable and safe. I wish I could give this home 10 stars! Will definitely be saving this spot to visit again! It’s a lovely apartment. We knocked off a star as the bath mats and glasses weren’t clean and there was half eaten ice cream in the freezer. The rest of the unit was spotless. We didn’t use the kitchen for meals, but looked like it was really well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and lovely linen. The roof terrace in the photo is private, but all four apartments have their own terrace divided by walls. Not a problem for us, but the listing made it look as if the sun terrace was the only one that belonged to this apartment. Showers and toiletries were great. All in all a lovely place and 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend

Walking to beach was great. Loved the location. Make sure to go to chads for breakfast. Awesome. House was nice and comfortable. The second floor living was a little warm with no AC, but we loved the stay and walking everywhere. Great place. Great views from roof top. We would recommend.

I booked this VRBO for my family. We are a party of 6 adults. The house was perfect!!!!! Very safe and secure and super clean and had all the necessary comforts of home. The communication from the managers was top notch. Will definitely book again on our next visit to Santa Barbara.

We really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend it. Very well kept and clean. The house has everything you need and is super comfortable; beds are cozy. We were able to walk to many places, including the beach and restaurants. The rooftop deck is a great place to wind down. We went sea kayaking and appreciated that there were beach towels and some sunscreen.

Best-equipped - supplies - utensils, comfortable bed, very clean - highly habitable for an extended stay - excellent bathroom. From all those perspectives, by far the best rental we have had. The property managers responded immediately to any questions/requests. The rental is in the area where short-term rentals are allowed; this gives an overall feeling of a transitional neighborhood - all this is controlled by the City of Santa Barbara and does not reflect on the property managers. On the other hand, it is only a short walk to the extensive beaches of the area, and there are many restaurants from which to choose. Some noise from 101, but very tolerable and didn't disturb sleep at all. The trains are relatively infrequent until about 10 pm at night, and you'll undoubtedly hear them as they sound their horn approaching Santa Barbara station. Not offensive - unless you are super sensitive to this kind of noise. Bottom line - well recommended as a rental but do evaluate the pros and cons based on your own requirements

Close to beach and downtown

Our family gathered at this location for a post-holiday reunion. It worked out very well, great spaces, loved the Nespresso maker, proximity to the beach. We especially appreciated extra assistance getting a particular game on the TV! Katie was so helpful.

You cannot beat this location. Walking to beach, State Street, and amazing SB bread shops. Roof-top patio is awesome with its fireplace. Nicely furnished, comfy, modern, and spacious. We loved staying here.

Top-flight accommodation in a superb location between ocean and downtown. Quick walk to Funk Zone wine showrooms and restaurants. Great roof deck views. Handsomely decorated, state of the art kitchen, top-drawer linens in bedrooms.

The home was everything we could have imagined to make a weekend getaway with family and friends memorable. All of the rooms were well appointed. The roof top area was so nice to sit out at in the evening. Centrally located to all the area attractions. The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions and needs. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the area.

Quintessential Santa Barbara goodness! Modern, clean, luxurious, spacious, comfortable.. lots of open outdoor space to relax and bring in the light and soak up the beauty. The layout encourages family time and sweet memories. Beds are really comfy. Rooftop deck is incredible. Perfect location, parking was easy. Highly recommend and will be back!
