I spent a long weekend at Joe’s rental and it was so nice to come home to a clean, close place to rest and recharge after a few nights at Red Rocks! Stepping into the basement and getting out of the heat was amazing, the unit is exactly as described, and great communication with the host. Definitely recommend!

Awesome location for us. ( Going to a show at Mile high stadium). Super clean and quiet. Nice and cool upon arrival. Ice in freezer ready to use. Shaded patio. Allowed early check in and our pet! Cozy comfortable clean!. Also affordable!!

The apartment worked out great for our needs- we spent most of our time exploring the city and it was located close to just about everything Denver offers. Will definitely consider this place when I plan my next visit to see a Red Rocks concert!

This was a perfect spot for a holiday weekend getaway for us. Maggie Rogers and Red Rocks* aside, snag this VRBO if you get a chance. From the jump, the host was very kind, responsive, above-and-beyond respectful, and pleasantly quiet as a mouse. The deck/patio welcomes you with open arms screaming, “let’s hang outside, please” and the bed/living room are cozier than any fancy hotel lobby or bed could ever hope to be. For the record, the couch is almost just as cozy as the bed, but I digress. For us, there was ZERO HESITATION to say, “book it now,” and the pictures do not do the warm feelings and easy stay justice. You will feel like your house-sitting a friend’s house you wished you lived in. You might also find yourself not wanting to leave the patio, with a great breeze and ability to watch the weather change in real-time. Simply, beautiful and relaxing. Thank you, tenfold! 11/10 WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN! *What an easy UBER RIDE btw!

We had such a great time - the place was very big and comfortable and easy check in with no hassle. Only a twenty minutes walk from some of the best tacos we’ve ever had and from a light rail station for easy traveling to the city :)

It was very clean and the host was responsive in communications. The house was the perfect size and had all the amenities that were listed on the VRBO site. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

Many slats on the metal bed frame were not attached to the frame, there was little support or comfort. Ancient spring mattress didn't help. This basement was cold and there was no thermostat, no way to heat the space. They call it an apartment, we call it a cold, uncomfortable basement with a rickety bed. Would not stay here again.

My husband and I came to the area to elope. We picked Joe’s place because it was small but very cute. We really enjoyed our stay there! We definitely felt like it was our home away from home!

Close to sports stadiums, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable.

We stayed for two nights, very clean and spacious could accommodate 4 people easily. Having the outdoor seating area was nice!

It was only a $10 (give or take) uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go in Denver. Super clean and cozy!! I did have to wash the dishes before using them, but I probably would have done that anyway. The host was really really great! Very prompt at returning our messages. Also, we ran out of clean towels and the host had us leave them by their door upstairs and then returned them the same day clean and folded! Couple things to note to make this an honest and fair review- The host is above the unit and is an early riser which woke me up every morning. Also, you can feel the bars and springs on the pull-out. This place still gets 5 stars across the board and I would definitely stay there again!!

Our host was responsive and made the check in and check out process easy. The home had plenty of space for my wife and I plus our corgi. The kitchenette was perfectly supplied with appliances to get through our week long stay. We really enjoyed the cute, private patio space they created. All the appliances and fixtures are new.

This place was amazing! It was less than 15 mins away from downtown even with traffic. My partner and I stayed for a week and loved coming back to a relaxing/clean space after a long day of exploring Denver! Would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Denver!
