ALL of the beds are memory foam and what a huge thing that was. Super comfortable! We walked to dinner, coffee shops etc -- the location is A+. Very clean, uncluttered house, no issues with noise or anything else. AC works great. I sat on the little front porch reading every afternoon to enjoy the summer afternoon rain -- it was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion: you might consider adding a full length mirror to the upstairs, as right now the only mirror up there is in the bathroom, and it is only from the waist and up.

The property is absolutely amazing inside. Very clean and has everything you need. Sadie is very quick to respond and easy to work with. We will be staying here again for our next softball tournament.

We loved our 3-night stay at this property. It’s nice, clean, spacious, with modern decorations. We will definitely stay here again the next time with visit Grand Junction.
The host is pleasant and easy to communicate with. The best part was we met a neighborhood cat who came to visit us every time we were outside. She was adorable!

Sadie was pleasant and prompt in her communications. She confirmed the reservation as we neared the arrival date. A welcome letter with instructions was posted the day before we arrived. The accommodations were just as advertised. The place was well suited for our family... five adults and three children. We will book again when we return.
I'm not a regular VRBO user, so I don't know if it's normal for the insurance deposit to be fully charged along with the rental fee at the time of the reservation. I paid off the rental and deposit charge three months in advance in order to avoid interest fees on my card. We just returned home... Waiting on news regarding the deposit.
Heard back from Sadie attentively as ever… The deposit management is outsourced and is returned within a couple of weeks. :-)

Our son had a baseball tournament in GJ. This was a perfect place for us. Clean, modern, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great to walk to the restaurants on and around Main Street and to walk to a JUCO game in the evening. Also an easy drive to the CO National Monument. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and close to CMU and downtown! Nice neighborhood with no problems! Never heard anything from neighbors. Clean property, roomie, love the space as it’s not cluttered. Variety of TV options. Just an overall great stay and I would highly recommend and just know I am very picky!

Awesome home, everything was great. My only suggestions would be to provide a new kitchen sponge for each guest, ours was old and gross.

The property was very clean and spacious. Location could not have been better, walk to downtown, and only a short drive to Redlands Mesa golf course and Colorado National Monument.

We had a wonderful time visiting our kids at CMU. The house was very comfortable and enjoyed every minute. Will certainly look this one up again on future visits.

This was a great property. Spacious, very close to downtown Grand Junction. Loads of walking trails nearby and it was a gorgeous fall weekend for it. The kitchen was the biggest surprise - it had literally everything you could think of (crock pot, blender, tons of pots and pans, pyrex dishes). We are foodies and this matters to us. Well done, Sadie!

This home is located near the heart of downtown Grand Junction offering fun bars, restaurants, great shopping, historic buildings. We enjoyed the pretty walk downtown everyday during our stay. The central location also provides easy driving access to nearby hiking at the Grand Mesa and Colorado National Monument. The home itself was large, with ample sized comfortable bedrooms and large living areas. The owners were effortless to work with and responsive to communication. Our stay was a pleasure.

We came from Denver for the RMAC baseball tournament and the location was perfect, close to downtown restaurants and the ball field! Very clean property, and kitchen very well stocked to cook if u want !!! We did ! Loved it ! Only thing is there’s no direct tv, so be ready for that and only ONE main tv ( if that’s important to you :))

We truly enjoyed our visit to GJ. The location of this property is very close to CMU and Downtown. It had plenty of room for our extended family. The kitchen and bathrooms were very modern. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again.

This was a great property. It’s newer construction and everything was in great condition- bedding, furniture, kitchen utensils, etc. we met family in grand junction for thanksgiving and it was a great setup to cook and host. It’s also a short walk to downtown GJ for shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend considering this for your next visit

This house was spacious, modern, clean, and in a perfect central location for our group trip. Easy to get to the palisade for the wine fest, Grand Junction and Fruita. Want to come back next year for the peach fest.

This property was immaculate, much better in person than the pictures online. It was almost 100 degrees this week and we stayed nice and cool upstairs and down. This property was super close to our daughters dorm which made it really convenient as well as close to all the top restaurants on Main Street! We will be using this VRBO quite a bit as our daughter is a freshman and we plan on visiting a lot. The owner was super responsive and had very detailed instructions for check in/out, making it a breeze! Our family was very happy and can’t wait to go back!
