Very comfortable and clean. We had some room key and electrical issues but the staff went above and beyond for us the manager as well as all the staff especially Destiny were amazing. I missed that they don’t offer full service before I booked but they were very accommodated did clean our room at our request.

It's a clean and quiet place to sleep, beds are comfy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was excited to maybe save some money by cooking my own food, but then found out that in order to use the in-room cooking facilities you have to provide your own pots and pans and other utensils. Don't worry though, they sell them at the front desk, to be used three times before being cast into the landfill.
The neighbourhood is safe with very little character - a hotel that shares a big parking lot with a brewery and some restaurants at the interface between suburban sprawl and the corn expanse.
The hotel met my needs but I wouldn't call it a fun place to be. Might as well stay there if you have to be in the area.

Very comfortable, clean, good size room, full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, toaster, coffee maker and free coffee in the lobby, laundry facilities, easy parking, coffee shop and brewery very close by. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet and good black out shades.

We stayed three nights and our room was not refreshed any of those nights. We ultimately learned they refresh the rooms once every four days. Apparently this hotel caters to long term stays . With no breakfast, we feel their are other options offering better value.

This is a very nice and clean hotel! My sister and I felt completely safe here, and that meant a lot for two women traveling alone. All staff that we came in contact with were kind. It’s in close proximity to many things, though our reason for being there was to spend time with our cousin in the hospital. There is no pool or hot tub, and though that would be a turnoff for some people, we were okay with it because we wouldn’t have had time for it anyway. We would definitely stay there again!!

I had never heard of My Place Hotels and was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of the property. Nothing like bargain hotels like Comfort Inn or any other low-priced options. The room offered a full fridge/freezer, stove top, microwave, the bathroom was wonderful, and the room was clean as a whistle. I will definitely look for this chain on all my travels. A

I enjoyed my stay during my recovery from total knee surgery. Very roomy to perform my physical therapy exercises. They also except pets so we were able to bring our small dog.i would recommend My Place north Aurora.

This hotel was amazing for the price, the room setup was cozy and home-like. Would definitely recommend, especially if you like cooking your own food instead of takeout. Also the lady at the front desk that helped me checking in was super sweet.
