Very comfortable, thanks for the A/C, big bathroom, breakfast was perfect, staff were excellent. I would recommend that the instructions for arriving very clearly state in English that the funicolare is not open late and no taxis are available late. Clear instructions in English for how/where to catch the shuttle bus to get to the accommodation and whether payment is required would be EXTREMELY helpful after a long day of travel to get to Orvieto. We were slightly panicked, but then by the grace of God a shuttle bus pulled in across the street and we quickly ran over with our luggage so as not to miss it. The driver told us he was going to the Duomo, and we had to walk with our luggage from there. We didn’t understand whether there was a charge at all for the shuttle bus, but the driver told us we didn’t have to pay.

It was a privilege to share a few days with the Sisters who warmly welcomed us. We felt safe, secure and cared for throughout our stay. Our rooms were large and well appointed with exceptional panoramic views over the countryside. The garden was a lovely peaceful place. We highly recommend others experience this exceptional sanctuary within the historical heart of Orvieto.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and safe. Location was right off of a piazza with good restaurants near and a few minutes to the beautiful church which is one of the attractions. We would live to go back. Orvieto was one of our favorite spots in Italy. Just beautiful!

What a wonderful place to stay in Orvieto, Beautiful views of the valley below Orvieto. Accomodation was basic but very clean and all that we needed. Check in was very easy. Great location to wander through the cobbled streets . Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Housed in a former convent, the B&B is sparkling clean and in the center of Orvieto. Room was comfortable, not luxurious. Breakfast was OK. Property is lovely, historic, with nice gardens. Would stay here again - also a great place to hold a retreat.

Very good basic stay in Orvieto. Nice location, clean facilities, breakfast should be better so. There is a beautiful view and garden. People are nice and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at the convent. Comfortable room and very clean. The location is perfect. The breakfast alas is very basic. Just some fruit would make it ideal and cold milk served in the heat would be a plus. The nuns don’t speak English but they were lovely 😊 we managed to communicate.

Our room was spacious and well-equipped. The only word close to describing the view is “WOW”!! Continental breakfast was perfect to start the day. Arianna is an outstanding host.

Nice stay close to everything in old town.

This is an old convent. The receptionist, Rita, is wonderful, very helpful with restaurant suggestions and free parking in their lot. The whole building is spotlessly maintained and the rooms are comfortable.

Perfect location in the heart of Orvieto, only a few minutes away from the duomo. We were met enthusiastically by Mina, the yellow lab, who took great delight in seeing us come in! Our stay was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were of decent size. The walls are a little thin, so we were able to hear our (very loud) neighbor on his phone call, but otherwise it was a very quiet stay. Being able to park there was very convenient. Once we parked, we didn't get back in the car until we left. The service was impeccable and we felt like appreciated guests! We were only here for one night unfortunately. Would absolutely recommend this location and property to anyone visiting Orvieto
