They charged me service charge lied that it was non refundable

Great location, polite and friendly staff and reasonable price. They did their best to make my stay comfortable and they were super helpful. I loved the breakfast, it was the best part of my stay!

There were no separate hand towels in the bathroom, and I didn’t like using the bath towel to wipe my hands but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Service standards have dropped massively and no value for money. I had arrived slightly before before standard check-in time, I requested Shazia from reception if I could get an early check in. She was behaving as though I had asked for pound of flesh. Service and hospitality before the covid period was much better.

Booking for non-smoking room was ignored, and staff tried to pass a smoking room for non-smoking room. They only shifted me after quite some push back.

Excellent location for the purpose of my trip. Friendly staff. Front desk always answered and followed up promptly on requests. Good-sized room.

The mattress was too soft and the pillows too high and hard. Generally, room was in need of upgrading. Service was a little inconsistent. Sometimes I had one towel and one bottle of water. Sometimes 2 towels and 4 bottles. Climbing out of the tub after a shower was a little alarming. Oatmeal I ordered for room service did not have the ingredients indicated on the menu and came in an uncovered bowl.
