Need to have a small pantry - cause even for fresh tea or coffee have to step out of the hotel.

Bed is comfortable.. overall, the stay was pleasant. Tv channels was fair enough and so was the radio stations.

There was no fridge.

Overall was worth of the money paid. Service was good and fast.

The room was a bit dusty. Collection of dust could be found on the bed's headboard and the bathroom's window ledge. Apart from there, few stains can be found in the bathroom as well but overall is 4/5 for bathroom cleanliness. The card insert in the room was faulty (ROOM 203) which gave a noise and it was solved immediately as I was advised not to insert the card in the slot to switch on the electricity. Another instance that can be kept in mind perhaps for improvement; I was inside the room and one of the housekeeping staff opened the room door. I assumed that the staff had knocked on the door, but no response, thus, the staff proceeded to open the door to check on housekeeping matters. I admire their effort to make sure the guest is well taken care of in term of housekeeping but not to extend opening the room door while or without someone in the room (can enter the room if the door card is hung outside to clean the room).

The location is quite convenience, commercial shops ,F&B or mini mart store available. The main road are wider & have public area car park.

Night time area main road lights not enough bright, feel unsecure. Hotel rooms cleanliness & air conditioner need to be improve.

Very strategic location near to the main city.
