Good service and happy to see again

The staff were very polite and supportive. The stay was well maintained. And had beautiful view from each room.

Bathroom was a little smaller than expectation.

The view from the cottage balcony is absolutely worth the money. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

It was a very pleasant stay..location itself is amazing, with the cottages facing the Chembara peak..waking up to this view is simply breathtaking!! its not a very big property..it is simple yet magical..the staff are very cordial & are always available at our service..food is really good & they prepare amazing masala chai..the manager, Mr.Thomas was very communicative & courteous..he was in contact all through our trip & did his best to keep his guests satisfied..Other staff Mr.Vineeth, Mr.Sunil, Mr.Vishnu are always helpful & smiling :) the property has a nice swimming pool, small gym & recreation area..it nestles amidst lush nature and is a perfect retreat for relaxing..city center is a bit far, but commutable..They also provide Abhyanga massages at nominal prices..myself and my husband availed this service..Ms.Divya tended to me while Mr.Hamid tended my husband..they did a great job..it was too gud & we felt very relaxed & rejuvenated!! Overall a very unpretentious stay and highly recommended if you seek recluse and relaxation..

This hotel is highly recommended. Thomas the manager ensures you have a wonderful time here, and responds quickly to guest requests. He can also arrange tours, taxis etc. The location is superb with views towards Chembra Peak. Great swimming pool, gym and games room.
