I would never stay in this hotel again. Nothing worked, I asked for help and no one showed up at my door. Room wasn’t clean, we felt uncomfortable sleeping on that bed. Sadly the worse hotel I ever stayed in.

Hotel rooms are dated. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Room needs to be updated. Ok for me, but would not bring my family.

This is the worst’s hotel I have ever stayed. Bathrooms were dirty, toilets had stained lake they were not cleaned. Carpet was smelly and deteriorated, very dirty. No housekeeping for 3 days and when asked for housekeeping, it was never done.

I would never stay here again. The front desk had 2 agents at check in but the other would not check us in while she’s there not doing anything. She made us wait for the other agent to complete the family that was checking in before us and had her check us in. The hotel is very run down and lots of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel.

The hotel area is a bad area but it’s close enough to restaurants. The toilet seat was broken and they fixed it next day, walking area my room floor smells weed and cigarettes.

It took me 1 hour and 35 minutes just to register. I was told 2 people called out sick. The two that were there were not very fast. They should have called in the day shift. Hotel staff did nothing to comfort those waiting in line. They required photo ids for EVERYONE in the room. Whose business is that? My husband was waiting in the car. I had to go get his id.

The hotel seemed to be in disrepair in some areas. Carpet was ragged at the seams. In doorways. Dust flew out heater when I turned it on. The staff was friendly. However this area is simply not safe. Homeless and drug addicts were on the property I had to bring in all my property from my car due to the fear that it would be broken into.

Super friendly desk clerk and security guard, not just with me, but with other guests as well. The hotel was cheap and the decor looks well worn. The mattress was a bit thin, but there were plenty of pillows. Lots of security and bright lights in the casino parking lots - this is good because there appear to be a lot of vagrants around. First time traveling with my cat - not an issue at all.

Once you enter the room you rented, you'll think you made an ok decision to stay here. Room is clean, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable.

The hotel wa ok for a quick overnight stay. Room smelled like smoke and the casino was full of bums all night.

We came to hotel at 130pm and we were very rudely told before we even got to the counter we could not check in until 3pm we said ok Thank you
We came back at 3 and there was a long line but when I got to the counter I was told they needed a ID for everyone that was going to be in the room my husband was parking our truck she was so rude about everything he came in and gave her his DL it was just a very BAD experience
We will never stay there again!

Person at front desk was very kind. She had a long line of guests to deal with because they keep this place short-staffed.
My room was clean. However, it is extremely dingy. A lot of Maintenance needs to be done. Air in the room was smelly due to air conditioner/heater having a crappy uncleaned filter. Toilet is constantly running and rust lines the inside of the toilet bowl. Faucet needs repair in the tub because it was constantly running hot water. The mattress was crappy and uncomfortable

It was very nice. The service was great and they supplied us with lots of coffee . Oh yes and they watched my black motorcycle security was awesome

The pool was closed. The hairdryer was broken. The ice machine on my floor also broken. The telephone to call the front desk or room to room and local also broken.

when I got to the hotel, the staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were OK but the bed not OK. The shower barely worked but clean and the most important thing for me when I stay at a property is the bed and the shower. We left a day early because of it, but like I said, the staff were awesome

The accommodations were at the level expected. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a need for some attention to general maintenance in the room.

The room I was first in was certainly not a great one - the difference between second floor 😪 and 7th was like 2 different hotels! First room the air conditioner didn’t work and it took 2 tries to get someone to look at it. I also cut my arm on a towel rack - but they did give me alcohol, neosporin and bandage.

A lot of ladies of the night are roaming around the property and located in the casino attached to hotel. I did not feel safe by myself playing in casino.

The beds were a little harder than preferred. To start off with the pillows were small and not very supportive. The air conditioning was not running at preferred level. Aside from that it was a great location close to the field for the hot air balloon festival where we needed to be.

The floors are extremely dirty where dogs urinate and they don’t clean the carpets. We did not have in our room, a trash can, an ice bucket, no coffee cups, no bulb for one light. Bathroom emergency bar broke so I didnt get to shower. And every time the air kicked on it made a load squealing sound until it shut off. For a casino you would think it would be a whole lot better then it is!!

$200 for 2 nights is to high for a small room for 2 people.the tv connection sucks and goes in n out.the hallway stinks and is just humid for no reason.A lot of Tweaker and prostitution in parking lot.definitely need to watch your vehicle

The area of the hotel was unsafe and there were multiple transients loitering outside of the hotel. The inside of the hotel was almost worse, there were stains on the carpet and what looked like old gum stuck on the carpet.
I would not recommend.

This property was clean and reasonably priced. However, it is not safe to stay here or to leave your property outside the hotel. We were accosted by aggressive addicts and had to run to our car to escape them. One of our other friends returned to his car to find that his bike which was locked into a carrier was stolen. A person approached him, asked him how much he was willing to pay to get the bike back. When he agreed to pay, they returned the bike. The hotel security nor the police cared about the incident. DON'T STAY HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.

Was simply looking to get away for the weekend. Hotel staff unfriendly. Rooms haven’t been updated in a while. Carpet floors were stained upon arrival. Tub drain full of hair. Wall paper in rooms was torn. No pool area! Extremely disappointing!

The hotel was clean and quiet, the casino was loud and busy, mostly with people who were not there to play the slots. The diner in the casino was great, good food and very reasonably priced.
