Amazing cruise - incredible scenery. Food was great - Lunch on first day was a real highlight! We paid extra for the transfer from our hotel in Hanoi but worth the money for the ultra comfortable limousine bus and peace of mind that we’d get there in time.

It’s an extremely small thing but the bathroom blinds were quite fiddly and annoying.

Visited: end of Sep 2024, 2 nights stay, family of 6. We were very happy with this cruise, the weather was great and clear most of the days. We certainly enjoyed included kayaking, swimming and trips to islands and caves. The food was great with a buffet served for breakfast and dinner and a set menu served for lunch. Waitress Mia was great and looked after us extremely well. We asked for other food for the kids as they were picky and didn't eat most of the lunch, from the first day, Mia organised and ensured that our kids had chips every lunch and she was always checking if everything was OK and/or if we needed anything. All staff were also very helpful and welcoming, and receptionist Giang showed good care for the customers. The water in the bay was clean, free of rubbish, and great for swimming and kayaking. The ship has a jacuzzi at the front that was clean and kids enjoyed splashing in there. If you book a room for 4 people you'll get two separate interconnected rooms so your kids are always with you but you can close the door between the rooms if needed.

Very limited WiFi, so be prepared for one/two day(s) in almost complete isolation from the external world (which was great anyway) The ship is now showing some signs of wear and might be in need of a bit of paint refreshing. We found a few exposed nails from fallen wooden timing at one of the benches/tops near the bar, however, it was quickly rectified once the staff were aware of it. Other than that furniture in the rooms is quality and solid as well as other parts of the ship.

Beautiful boat and lovely staff. We felt very pampered. The kayaking and swimming off the boat was a lot of fun. They tried very hard to make sure we had good vegetarian food. Lan Ha Bay was a good choice as it was a lot quieter than Ha Long Bay. The crew positioned the boat for fantastic photos. The tai chi at sunrise was such a nice thing to do.

Check-in was chaotic. If you take the limousine transfer from Hanoi, they will give you a 45 min stopover at the pearl processing shop. It was quite interesting but not advertised.

O serviço do pessoal, é absolutamente maravilhoso, super atentos, especialmente a Tam. Esteve sempre pendente de nós para tudo o que precisávamos.
