Could not access property. Could not reach host. Left to our own devices. Not two bedroom. Only one set of bed sheets and blanket.

Had a small get together for a birthday celebration and it went smoothly. The space was perfect for our friends and everybody enjoyed the balcony, as well as the pinball machine. Instructions for check in and check out were extremely clear and not hard to mess up. Although communication with the host was quite slow, we managed to get through the night without help. The place was super clean when we got there and although we didn’t drink the wine, the wine rack was indeed stacked. 10/10 would book again.

Condo was very clean, unique decor, just what we needed for a night out. There was however no bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the trunk labelled linens. We discovered this once we were in for the night (1:30am) and thought it would be too late to contact management. It was a cold nights sleep for one person as the air conditioner was to be left at a certain temperature. Otherwise this was a great rental unit.

We stayed during the stampede were able to watch the fireworks, hear the music and even see the artist on the big screen outside the venue. Suite was clean, bright and absolutely gorgeous. I traveled with my daughter and grandson and we loved it.

I felt this was advertised as a 2 bedroom. But might have been my mistake. reviewed a lot of properties when booking. Sofa bed only had sheets no bedding so kids were cold. Trunk said bedding inside only sheets We booked four people but only had towels for 3. Not sure what the point of the rocks on the patio are cut off half of the patio to stand on. did love the view and location nicely decorated. Rattle in the ac ducts constant and fridge alarm was going off for hours before we figured out where it was coming from.

This condo was misrepresented as a two bedroom. Our daughter slept on the foldout couch in the very small kitchen/ living room causing a cramped, uncomfortable weeklong stay. The kitchen sink was clogged during the entire week were there despite the owner's assurance that a repairman was on the way each day. The property is nice and safe, and we would consider staying there again if there are only two of us. One complication is that there is only a single key fob - necessary for building and elevator access - so we were unable to separate. Cardinale Restaurant across the street is fantastic! However, our servers told us that they have heard from many customers about one bedroom condos being misrepresented as two bedrooms in these buildings on VRBO.

Got there and didn't have a paid place to park, which was ok, I can handle that. Got to the room and it had said it was a 2 bedroom, only a 1 bedroom with a couch/bed. Called the VRBO management company and they said NO, we said it was a 2 bed, I sent them my confirmation that it was a 2 bedroom and still have no response from them (this is 2 days later), also no blankets for the couch/bed. The place was beautiful, but once again, VRBO has let me down.

Other than the wine not being available and no robes that were in the listing, we had an absolutely amazing time. Beautiful decor. Gorgeous views. Easy communication with the host check in was a breeze. Definitely a must stay if you were in Calgary. Also bed is very comfortable and super soft plus the soaker tub was absolutely amazing

The property was not cleaned after the previous guests had left the suite. Fridge and freezer with junk in it, dishes in the sink, full garbage cans, dirty, bathtub that wouldnt drain, unmade beds left from the previous guests. Its advertised as one bedroom with a queen bed, and another with two double beds. While there is a bedroom with a queen bed, there is only a pullout couch in the living room, no second bedroom, no second double bed. Pictures make the unit look way bigger than it actually is. The only saving grace is being next to Cowboys Casino so you can go get drunk and forget about how much you paid for this experience

The condo was in a very secure building and was fairly clean with nice modern amenities. The check in process was a bit confusing and having to pay extra for parking was a bit of a bummer, but it was nice and close to the Saddledome, which is why we chose the location in the first place.

I have stayed here before and was happy with it. This time all the elevators were out of order due to a flood and would not be fixed for a week. Therefore, I walked up 24 floors with my suitcase, backpack and another package. Every day of my visit I did the same, minus the baggage. The hote replied to my initial notice of this but never responded again. It is a shadow VRBO rental requiring entry secrecy. I don’t recommend staying here.

There weren't enough linens provided for the pull-out bed. There was only a fitted sheet and top sheet that we found scrunched up in the trunk in the living room area. Luckily we had brought an extra blanket in our car because there was no quilt or comforter for the pull-out bed.
Another thing to note was 2 out of 3 elevators were down for the weekend which made it pretty impossible to get in and out of a building with over 40 floors. We ended up having to walk 24 flights of stairs after waiting over half an hour for an elevator. This is by no fault of the host, but something to note with the building.

Communication was terrible; instructions on entering the building were inaccurate, leading us to wander the bowels of the building for 15 minutes before stumbling onto the correct way in. The signage is non-existent.
We arrived 2 hours after the check-in time and they were still cleaning the unit when we arrived.
Both TV’s and the fireplace weren’t working.
We were told that the owner would contact us about all the issues we encountered and haven’t heard from them at all.
That said, the proximity to the Saddledome can’t be beat; 5 minute walk. The view from the balcony was awesome!
The lobby and public areas were clean and well maintained.
If the communication was better and everything had been in working order, my rating would have been much higher.

Very nice condo, excellent bedding. Communication spotty. Texting worked with some delay. No reply to emails. Entry is not as complicated as the detailed instructions would suggest. Microwave didn’t work. Everything else did. With a few simple improvements to address the above concerns and this could be excellent.

The stay was good, great location and view. Unfortunately the place had not been cleaned when we arrived. Dirty linens on the floor dirty dishes full garbages etc... Contacted manager and got no answer until after the stay. They appologised and had been a miscommunication with cleaners, they asked that I get back to them and advised that we could work something out. I got back to them and followed up again after that and have still recieved no response 6 weeks later

Definitely cannot deny the great location & cleanliness of this VRBO however there are a few things about it I found very misleading and disappointing. The host charged me in USD, which seems ridiculous when booking a canadian vrbo on a canadian website, the parking is not free, the clean up expected before checkout is pretty extensive considering the cleaning fee you are charged when booking, and the host was super unresponsive regarding check in, wifi, etc. Overall not impressed.

Comfortable and clean, I enjoyed the balcony which was cute. I liked the little touches such as the small pinball machine and the blue tooth turntable. Would rent again and also recommend.

Very unfortunate stay at this property - touted as super safe/controlled entry building BUT we had an extremely loud party that went on from approx.11pm to 3am right next door - so loud it shook glassware in the cabinets - no one responded to the concierge pounding on their door - Police had to be called - finally subsided after 3am - although it may not have been under the 'control' of this property owner, the fact that this could happen is relevant to a review. Also, the property owners were not as responsive as they could have been - they had promised to get back to us with a 'resolution' and failed to do so until we called to follow up with them a week later

Disappointing experience for the cost, reached out to the property and haven’t heard back.
The property itself is awesome, small space but has amentities needed for a short stay - microwave was broken and had to google how to use the stove.

Great location. We thought it was 2 bedrooms but it was only one with a pull out bed. Good thing the third person never came. Loved the wine program. Both tv’s never worked and we were unable to connect with manager, not really a big deal though. Bring an eye cover mask as it was extremely bright in the morning,, there is no room darkening shades. Overall it was a great place.

I'll start with the positives: it's a nice, modern apartment in a great location. You can walk anywhere downtown from here. The managers were promptly communicative and professional. Great view and stunning balcony!
The drawbacks: it is tiny. It can really only comfortably fit 2 people. It is listed as a 2 bedroom, which it is not; it is a one bedroom with a pullout in the main area, which if pulled out makes the apartment practically untransversable. Also, parking is listed as an amenity, but what is actually available is paid public parking under the building. They have a decent day rate, but because you pay by the stall, God help you if you need to leave. This is not a suitable place for anyone with children. All in all this is a nice apartment, but the lack of clarity in the listing caused us a lot of problems.

Perfect getaway from it all, we spent my daughter's first Christmas here and adored every bit of privacy, comfort n breath taking view truly was just like being on a cloud so kool loved our stay thank you Merry Christmas 🎅
