This house was very spacious and in a great neighborhood. It really worked well for our needs and had plenty of space to be together and places to spread out. The neighborhood quiet. lovely, close to a lot, and has a great walking trail. The host was responsive and helpful. Our overall assessment was that the property was great but the house needs some love in the form of newer/better-maintained furnishings and/or a deep clean.

Better value than a hotel for a business trip. Large house in a quiet, conveniently located neighborhood. Clean, comfortable accommodations.

Centrally located very nice neighborhood

Our family of 7 attended my nephew's wedding in the Chapel Hill area and we could not have found a nicer, comfortable and spacious place to stay! Every time we opened a door there was another bedroom or bathroom! There is a movie theater in the finished basement with surround sound, movie seats and stocked with some of the classic movies on DVD. Off the huge kitchen is a beautiful sun room and a screened in deck which my wife enjoyed taking a few short naps on the comfy couch on the deck. There is a walking path next to the house which leads to a lake that my kids liked to walk around. And when the day of the wedding came, we had so many bathrooms, nobody had to wait to get in one and we made it to the church on time! When we come through the area again we hope to stay at HOME AWAY FROM HOME again! - Jim & Monica, NJ

The home was everything we wished for and more. Great communication, super clean, big TV's, nice neighborhood, comfortable furniture, I could go on and on. I highly recommend!

Home was clean, and spacious. Host was accessible and responded quickly.

House has more than ample space for the number of occcupants allowed. Our party had 11. The children had plenty of play space inside, they loved the theater room. The house is next to a walking path maintained by the City. The path is senic and safe and a great place to get aquainted with the environment. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms plentiful and an outdoor screened porch for sitting. Would recommend for large group.

The place is spacious, quiet and comfy.

It was random but in our visit we needed a plunger and the app wasn't working so I could message her. But she did leave me her phone number but I didn't see it until after we left but I felt like the fee was a bit excessive for the clogged toilet and we did have to clean floor with the towels so I get being charged but $150. Also claimed house smelled like vomit but no one threw up. All this would have been a non issue if I saw her phone number as she was very responsive when the app was working

Everything you need in this home and then some. Great location. Kimberly was very accommodating. We will stay here again. 😀
