The perfect place for hosting! Awesome layout….unbeatable location in North Scottsdale. Close to N Scottsdale Airport, Kierland, and the Phoenix Open. Pool and Hot tub were excellent features....as was the pool table and all the kitchen amenities. Host was top notch and went way above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I have never been to Scottsdale but my brother wanted to go for his bachelor party. We asked the Premier AZ for recommendations and showed us a few locations on their tablet at the front door which allowed us to communicate any issues to them instantly, which we never really needed to use. The pool was spectacular, we spent an entire afternoon by the pool and playing the cornhole and frisbeer set ups they had at the house. The location was right near the heart of Scottsdale, we were able to stock up at a nearby Costco and had no shortage of bars to choose from. While stuck waiting for an Uber at the Devil's Advocate after a football game, I spoke to some locals about things to do near the house and they said the house is in the best spot for everything.

Our whole group was impressed with the service and the home. This is a 6 bedroom casita and perfect for group travel. The air conditioner worked amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked. Property manager was great, very quick to help and respond. House is on a massive lot, so many plants ext. Beds were extremely comfortable. Pool and hot-tub is awesome but could use some TLC. The water slide added a lot of fun. Great location. House could use attritional items (Saran wrap, sugar, garbage cans ext) overall we would stay here again

We had the most wonderful time here with our adult kids and their boyfriends. Great communication from the property management and host. Check in and check out were a breeze. The property was fantastic and perfect for a family gathering - big well-equipped kitchen, nice buit-in BBQ, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The backyard was great and we spend almost all our time outside, including paying games and cards every night.

I recently stayed at this beautiful house for a golf trip with friends and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The house was perfect for a large group like ours with plenty of space and all the amenities we could ever need. The outdoor area was a standout feature for us, with the perfect balance of sun and shade and even a TV to watch while lounging. The beds in every room were incredibly comfortable and the big TVs throughout the house were a nice touch. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious getaway with friends or family.

PAD made our experience extremely enjoyable. The house was extremely clean, beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. As an added perk, the checkout was easy and they do all the cleaning for you. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We had family & friends together to celebrate my Brothers celebration of life. It was much needed time together. The property was spacious and beautiful. We were greeted and given a tour of the property which was so nice. The grapefruits on the tree were delicious! Pool time and the outside patio was beautiful!

First off after booking I realized my flight came in a lot earlier than check in. I reached out to ask if I could possibly do an earlier check in and without hesitation the host was more than accommodating. I arrived and the host met me there and gave me a tour of the property. The property is made with you in mind. If you think it should have something it’s probably already covered. Recommendations for things to do is on the check in tablet when you walk in and you can send them to your phone for simplicity. There was a wonderful welcome basket that took up the dining room table. The host is genuinely available 24/7 for anything. Couldn’t of asked for a better stay and will absolutely be back! Thank you for everything!!

The property was a great location. The house was clean and worked out wonderful for our family. The only thing was when I called to complain about the pool not being heated I didn't like how the situation was handled. I paid extra to have the pool heated and the first two days it was cold. I recommend the house to my neighbor.

The house was clean and well stocked. The six bedrooms allowed everyone to have some privacy. The backyard and pool area is amazing. We had an issue with the waterfall slide but someone came to the house and fixed it within 30 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

House was very clean and spacious. Living space was a little cold. And bedrooms a little warm. But overall no complaints. Pool was great! Location was also great. Decor was beautiful in the home. Would definitely recommend.

We had 13 guests staying at the property & it was beyond amazing. We had an great time staying at the Gray Villa. We had a few things that we needed help with & the property managers were very helpful & patient. They answered every call & every question. Since we stayed in July - it was Monsoon season. The pool was a bit dirty, but that couldn’t be resolved because of the rain & wind that kept happening every day. The A/C missed two rooms - closest to the garage. The guests staying in those two rooms only had the fan, but no A/C. The pool table was definitely a hit for all the guests. We loved how big the kitchen is & the BBQ area outside. Overall, it was a great stay! We would definitely recommend it for others of large groups!

Had a great time with a large group of guys (about 12 of us). Enough space for everyone to be comfortable, and the pool was great for dealing with the heat.

Overall this property was great! Our group of 13 had so much fun, with a great amount of space and 4 bathrooms to get ready in. Almost everything we did was within a 20-25minute drive. Costco was very close! Unfortunately, the one downside to this stay was that the pool water was very dirty. It appeared very murky and green. We did still utilize the pool considering we were in from out of town for this vacation and it was 110+ degrees outside! It was bad hearing our friends and family notice how dirty the pool water was from the pictures we posted on social media. Had the pool water been clean, this would’ve been a perfect stay!

We had a group of 14 and this property could not have been better! Everyone had a bed to sleep in (and beds were comfy!) and the backyard pool/patio area cannot be beat! In a good location with golf easily accessible and Old Town an easy 15-20 minute drive. Hope to stay here again!

Very pleasant experience

Great house, kitchen and pool area with outdoor bar, grill, lounge area made for a perfect Scottsdale retreat.

Our group consisted of My husband and I , my daughter and her four children 5 years-2 months, and her au paire. This was our spring break trip to Disney, San DIego, finishing in Scottsdale to celebrate Great Grandpa's 93 birthday and join a family wedding. The house was immaculate. The check in process was easy-which I appreciate since the other 2 places we stayed along our journey were not easy to get into without multiple phone calls and resets. We had some issues with televisions and internet. We emailed and got an immediate response but I would say that the entertainment systems were challenging. ( not our priority so it did not affect our stay). We enjoyed the pool and hottub everyday. The hottub water levels dropped every day and we had to fill it back up with the hose. I would suggest someone look into that. Arriving instructions said that the kitchen was limited in it's appliances. The only thing we missed was some condiments and spices which would have been nice and a 9 x 12 pan. Otherwise we got along just fine. I would also say that for families that staying for a week, more detergent as we were not traveling with those daily necessities that should be in a home. Lastly, I would say a notebook of instructions rather than signs all over this beautiful house would have been a bit more welcoming and not so imtimidating. One notebook for all information and instructions. But we want to thank you for your attentativeness and professional manner. We had a lovely time and the home was perfect. 5 STARS!!!

Our family was looking for a place to chill by the pool for 3 solid days…this property was great and the pool was amazing!!

Overall property was nice and met our needs. There were 10 of us and the house was comfortable for all. Pros: nice pool and hot tub, good neighborhood to walk. Great outdoor bar and plenty of seating all around. Cons: no rugs in bathrooms (tile floor cold), no spices, foil or plastic wrap. Nothing left from other renters. Very few dishes and rubber ware. The property is large but no yard games, pool floats or any “extras”. Pictures are accurate but make the living room and pool areas appear larger than they are. Overall: we liked the property but thought it was pricey for what it was. In comparison, our next stop was Palm Springs. The house has all the bells and whistles, tons of spices, kitchen supplies, coffee press, pool towels, etc and, we paid less.
