Cars go way to fast on street, keep kids and pets away. Neighbors on left with golf cart, horse trailer in driveway are slobs. Yard is embarrassing, they haven’t touched their yard in a very long time. They park a truck that blocks the sidewalk, Sanford and Sons. Enough about them, the house is very nice. Had a hiccup at the beginning but was taken care of quickly. Wasn’t cleaned prior to our arrival. Way too much gravel front and back yards. Gets tracked in all the time. Had everything we needed, very cool decor. Beds are small, no queen or king, just 2 twin or full beds I think. Back yard has an rv pad with full hookups, hope they do something with all the dirt back there though. Nice new BBQ, we enjoyed the place, just needs a good detail, deep cleaning. Garage w/ opener but never used, washer dryer. Good communication, nice home.

This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!

This was the perfect place for us! Pet friendly with a huge backyard, and lots of extras for our furbs. Marilynn provided lots of extras for the humans too! She even surprised us with cupcakes for my birthday from a local neighborhood bakery! She was very accommodating and flexible. The home was nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed hiking the river and Chrystal Peak Park in Verdi with our two dogs. The home was inviting and cozy. We really enjoyed that fireplace. The beds were very comfortable. Would love to return some day.

2 parents, 3 teens, and a very happy border collie truly enjoyed a winter weekend in Reno! We loved watching the landscape transform around us....from dry high desert to magical blanket of snow. The house was warm, cozy, and accented with memorable art and amenities throughout. We saw a Broadway show, visited 2 museums, and enjoyed local restaurants while visiting - and we're so glad to have such a comfortable spot to land!

We live 90 min away and wanted a night away before everyone went back to school. It was cheaper to stay in Reno than Tahoe. This home is a good location close to many things. The inside is lovely and clean and spacious. Only feedback is that as least one of the beds listed as "Queens" doesn't appear to be a Queen. Perhaps a double or full-but not super roomy for a couple used to a Queen sized. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Wow!! Book this cozy house now! Has everything anyone could look for. Completely fenced yard and dog supplies made the trip with our dogs. My family stayed here for a UNR graduation and we were pleasantly surprised how close by everything was. Clean, sanitary, and VERY well stocked home. We would book this and only this every time we are in town! Our host was so attentive and left a personal message for our graduate🥰 The attention to detail in the decor is spot on we all slept so well on the very cozy beds. Thank you Marilyn ❤️

This house is everything the ad says and more! There’s everything from creamer and coffee, hot tea and honey to air freshener and shampoo and conditioner!! I will most definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!! Super cute house. It reminds me of my parents house. I can’t say enough about how great of a time we had celebrating my sons 1st birthday here!

This house was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed. The host responds quickly and very accommodating. The house was very clean and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. We loved that everything was 5 to 10 min drive from the house. If you stay here we highly recommend Old Southwest Social House for food and drinks, which is right down the street. Their Polenta fries are delicious.

The house was at a convenient location for us and the fenced in yard for our dogs was a big plus. Marilyn is a great host with excellent communication. The house was well organized and very tidy with all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay there again.

My spouse and I stayed at this lovely home with daily visits with our 2 year old grandson, our daughter and her husband. The house gave us plenty of room inside and out to congregate. We also brought our dog. We found the house filled with amenities for all: dog treats, dog beds, leashes, toys. Kids toys and smore ingredients to use at the fire pit. The laundry, bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked with anything you would have at home. The neighborhood is friendly and lovely to walk. The Truckee river is easy to walk to with the Rose Garden, Sensory garden and parks close by. Driving to the visitor sites in Reno was convenient also.

This is by far, the best VRBO rental I have ever seen. The owner(s) though of everything one could possible need or forget to bring with them right down to personal items such as a toothbrush. The place is spotlessly clean and everything is new and complete. The beds a comfortable if a bit small. But, by using both bedrooms for the two of us, we slept comfortably. The location is convenient to downtown Reno, neighbor shopping and a few restaurants. On Saturday morning, it's a short walk to a small farmer's market in the parking lot of the nearby CVS pharmacy. In short, every person who rents a VRBO unit should be required to stay here to learn how to do well. We definintely will stay here again if needed in Reno.

I brought my wife and adult daughter to Reno as I was participating in the United States Bowling Congress Open Championship. The home was as advertised and you can tell it was very clean, comfortable and clearly has been renovated inside. Very quit neighbourhood and was easy to get where I needed to go quickly. Highly recommend this property to others and if I come back to Reno, I will definitely see if this property is available. The host was very quick in response to my questions and set up the home for our two small dogs.

what a little gem of a house. The owner went way beyond my expectations.... from an adorable s'more box for the outside fire pit, to lovely little snacks. The beds are super comfortable, wonderful kitchen and comfortable living room. We had so much fun playing skeeball on the back porch. There are so many small touches in the house to mention that make you feel so welcomed. Our only complaint was we would of liked to have had more time at the house . Look forward to coming back! The house was cleverly and thoughtfully decorated and the theme flowed from room to room which was inviting and fun. Marilyn did a great job communicating and stocking the house with helpful things that made our stay easier. The house seemed close to everything no matter which end of town we were headed to. All in all we had a great time hanging out, getting a little work done, enjoying the game room and doing some light cooking.

This is by far the best property we have stayed in. The online pictures were exactly what we found. This house is ready for travelers of all sorts. You could show up with only clothing and stay for a week. They have thought of everything. From extra toiletries to spices and condiments in the kitchen. So nice not to have to buy a whole box of coffee pods for 3 cups of coffee. The beds were comfortable and the temperature perfect. Great host communication and nice neighbors. Centrally located, yet not downtown. We will stay here agian!

We had a great experience at this property with our three dogs. The home is impeccable and has everything you may need! Our first night we played air hockey and skee ball. The host had great recommendations within the binder - noble pie was our favorite. If we come back to town, we will definitely stay here!

I think my guardian angel was watching over me that day on Friday the 13th when the host where I was supposed to stay left me stranded...it may have been a blessing in disguise since VRBO found Marilyn's place as an option. After making VRBO jump through a couple of hoops, I agreed to rebook here, and what a fantastic experience from start to finish! Marilyn immediately reached out, and her priority was making sure I was safe and the dogs would love it...major growing points. Her place is beyond amazing, and the photos don't do justice. This was just the thing I needed to turn my trip around, and Marilyn knocked it out of the park! Thank you again for hosting...this is how every experience should be like when using VRBO.

Great house with a huge fenced backyard and a fun games room. Very well stocked with everything you'd need to cook as well as toiletries is you forgot anything. Marilyn even set out a dog treat and toy.
