We selected Scottsdale this year for our annual guys weekend/golf trip; this was our 17th year. This house was conveniently located to the airport (less than 30 min drive) and to some great golf courses as well as a casino. The house was great! The owner has done a wonderful job of making sure everything is there for a great trip. The backyard chipping an putting set up was awesome and the pool was perfect. The kitchen was well appointed and the grill set up was on point. We had a great time and plan on returning to Scottsdale for a future trip and would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolute blast splashing, playing golf and grilling in the HUGE back yard of the property. Brian was fantastic and always available via text or phone. 100% will stay here again. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood and how close by everything is. Thanks for having us Brian!

It was perfect! There is nothing I would change. The location was central to all the places we visited.

This immaculate home and property is perfect for large groups, especially multiple guests who prefer king beds. It’s great for golf and cornhole and other outdoor activities, or just relaxing at the pool. It was located in a quiet, convenient location and close to stores like Costco and Walmart. We loved it and highly recommend.

One of the best houses we've stayed at while in Scottsdale for spring break. My husband loved the "golf course" in the backyard.

Everything went as smoothly as you could hope. The house matched our expectations based on the listing and everyone in the family (not an easy feat!) enjoyed the accommodations (especially the golf - which got a lot of use over our stay). The pool heater had some trouble but we worked with the team to work around it. Super appreciative of how this helped make for a fantastic family trip. Thank you!

Great place and location

This was a great property and highly recommend. The house was clean, quiet and well stocked. We thought the beds were comfortable as well as the rest of the house. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out. Easy location for visiting Scottsdale and Phoenix. Host was very nice and easy to communicate along the way. They even surprised us with a nice welcome as we were there for the Fiesta Bowl. The backyard was perfect for families and kids to hang out.

The house was very clean and livable with large great room and kitchen. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths there was plenty of room for everybody. But it was the hugh backyard that made this a special stay. We swam in the pool, played corn hole on the grass, and had a BLAST playing the backyard golf course. We had so much fun that we are planning an annual family golf tournament here. John

This house was amazing! Clean, modern and in a convenient location to the airport & night life. The pool is in great condition and the putting greens were so much fun! 10/10 recommend.

This beautiful, spotless home was the perfect fit for our family with 2 teenage boys (17 and 15). Golf, ping pong, basketball and the incredible pool gave everyone something to do in their own space. The owner, Brian, was a pleasure to deal with and had all information organized in one place so whenever we had a question, we just looked at the binder! The location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the highway but feels tucked away from everything. Didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful spacious property, with an awesome backyard to enjoy. Very quiet neighbourhood. Place was very clean, and communication with the manager was easy, and response almost immediate. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this home for a Spring Training stay. Unfortunately, there were no games. The good news is that the house is very conducive to sitting around in the back yard, enjoying the pool, and hanging out. The owner, Brian, was terrific. Great communication, prompt responses, and welcoming. One comment, not a criticism, is that there are five nice sized bedrooms, but three of those bedrooms actually share one bathroom. It was not a problem for us (three couples) but one couple had to "walk down the hall" to the bathroom.

Centrally located neighborhood, 10-25 minutes to great golf, great hiking, downtown Scottsdale, the airport. The neighborhood is really nice, with large enough lots so you don’t feel on top of the neighbors (nor vice versa). The weather was unseasonably cold and windy, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and yard much. The house is roomy and clean, though a little dated. A solid value overall — we would return.

Brian was the best to deal with. Would definitely tell friends about this property.

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for and more. The pool was warmed up for us prior to arrival and was plenty spacious enough to accommodate both kids and adults in our party. The outdoor patio setup at the home is impeccable. Spacious sitting area, plenty of yard for kids to roam, and the golf green setup provided great entertainment for all. The home itself had plenty of bed space, bathroom space, towels, bedding and linens, dishes and Tupperware for leftovers. Brian, the owner, was always available in case we had questions and went out of his way to make sure our stay met expectations. Location was great as its only about 15 minutes from Old Town, the fashion mall. Even closer to other attractions like Costco, sushi, coffe shops, restaurants, Scottsdale road. Whatever you need it is close. Will be staying here again!!!

Booked this for a small family getaway, and stayed for 4 nights. The exterior of the house is a pretty cool adobe-style home, that used to have horse stables in the backyard, so the property itself is very large. The chipping/putt course was pretty fun; the added elements of the sandpits and rocks certainly added to the challenge. The hosts provided plenty of clubs, balls, and good instructions on how to play! When we booked the property, we were very allured by the photos of the backyard, pool, and course, though when we arrived it was agreed that the house itself looks a lot nicer in the listing photos. The interior was pretty plain, and the backyard/pool furniture areas were very dusty, full of cobwebs. The rooms themselves were a little small, and some of our group members had either an uncomfortable bed or uncomfortable pillows (even after trying many of the pillows provided). The interior of the house was clean and included all the amenities one could expect with a vrbo-- it was just a little dated, and we weren't 'wowed' like we thought we'd be from the pictures. That being said, we aren't a super high-maintenance group, so we were able to make the best of it, and have a really great time enjoying the course and pool (except for the bugs/mosquitoes, which is just naturally common in the area this time of year-- TAKE BUG SPRAY/REPPELENT) SUMMARY: We had a great time at a good rental property, the highlight of which is definitely the chipping course!

This is a great home with plenty for the whole family to do. The home is in a great neighbor hood and close to everything. Brian, was a great help. Will definitely be back when it's a little cooler.

Large, clean home on a beautifully landscaped property in a great neighborhood. The huge backyard/patio area was amazing...,large gas grill, pool and outdoor games/golf. Close to shopping, dining, golf and recreation. The owner, Brian was very attentitive...great host! Lovely place!!!!

This was the most relaxing week my family has had in FOREVER! My husband and I brought my parents and niece on vacation with our family. Everyone had their own room- my 17 year old niece even had her own wing! My 21 month old had the time of his life ‘golfing’ and swimming. The greens was a perfect little place to hide Easter Eggs for the holiday. Loved our time and would definitely come back! Thank you Brian!

This property was perfect for the 10 of us! The home was clean, spacious, inviting and SUPER comfortable! The homeowner was very responsive with our questions and inquiries. We all sat around the pool and concluded that we would need to come back and stay here again. :)The putting green was pretty impressive!Looking forward to our next stay in Scottsdale!

House was very nice and was in a great location near Grayhawk and other top-notch courses. Pool and backyard were great for hanging out after a couple of rounds of golf.

House was immaculate. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were 6 adults and everyone commented about how comfortable the beds (mattresses and linens) were. Brian was very responsive through the entire process, usually responding within 15 minutes on the VRBO site,and almost immediately via text. I don’t even know how to describe the yard. We all agree that the pictures don’t come close to doing it justice. As great as it looks on the site, the reality is even better. If we were home, and the sun was up, we were in the yard. We had the best time.We have rented in different locations in Scottsdale before, but nothing compared to this! Definitely would love to come back.
