The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home was beautiful and centrally located to EVERYTHING( College, winery, tourist spots, grocery stores, liquor stores, shopping locations and restaurants). I loved the washing machine/dryer upstairs and down as well as the 3 bathrooms, the outside area was absolutely beautiful. We did need more inside seating even if it was just folding chairs. TV's in EVERY room would have been great and the media room was just another TV sitting area. I guess I thought big screens and games. Overall it was a great time and the house was sufficient.

We had friends come into town and enjoy the weekend with me, the birthday girl! We did a wine tour on Saturday on electric bikes through Palisades and had a blast.

This is a lovely, comfortable new property. This was a girls outing with me, my sister and 90 year old Mother. The main floor bedroom with bathroom was perfect for my Mom even though she's able to do stairs. The kitchen has basic kitchen dishes, pots, pans, a few baking pans, a set of mixing bowls, two coffee makers. We needed a blender since my sister is on a restricted diet and needs smoothies. I sent a message and we received a brand new blender within a couple of hours. The property manager was very responsive and checked in on us throughout the stay. Check in and out was easy. The location made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go throughout our stay. We would stay here again. Grand Junction area is a wonderful place to visit if you like the out doors with no crowds. We are from Utah so the no crowds was a real treat. We did a couple of really fun hikes, yes, my Mom can still hike, she did the Mica mine trail 3.7 miles total with no problem :). We explored the Colorado Monument and were treated to some up close big horn sheep and beautiful views. The towns of Fruita, Palisade and downtown Grand Junction are all charming little places to visit.

Honestly the best stay we have had at a property from VRBO or the like. Communication was absolutely the beat! They respond very quickly but without being a bother. The house was clean and fairly well stocked. Check in and out are very easy as well. I appreciate so much the way they handle their property and their business. Definitely recommend staying with these owners!

Great place to stay centrally located to the valley whether your heading east or west. Clean and spacious!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this property was all it was made out to be and more. First of all, plenty of room and the bedrooms are all sizeable. The mattresses are incredible and we all got a great nights sleep. The location is perfect and allowed us to get to the west side of Grand Junction as well as Palisade very easily. Such a nice gift basket was left that made us feel special. The loft area is very sizeable and the patio is also very nice as well. We have no complaints and the next time we go to Grand Junction we hope we can rent this property again. The pet policy was amazing and it is large enough that we were able to set up our little dog's kennel no problem for them to sleep in just like at home. Again, can't say enough about this property. Thanks for allowing us to stay there.

the home is impressive! Plenty of towels and the home smelled so good! The king size bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the notebook that we were able to use as reference for any questions we had for checking out.
