Classy hotel tower with stunning views of Osaka. Just next to the awesome Namba parks and shopping center so there is plenty to do and eat in the area. 10 minute walk from Namba station which it itself takes you to anywhere in Osaka basically. The room was lovely and fairly spacious open concept room. The only thing i wish they would have told us is that you need to put your room key in the slot near the door to operate the lights. It is easily missed. But other than that the room, hotel, and staff were great.

Great place to stay in Namba close to a big shopping center and lots of food options. The ramen place just outside the hotel is as the best ramen I’ve ever had. we chose to include breakfast. There were many options and a variety of healthy choices, juices and snacks too. The service was superb! Clean and comfortable room. Easy check in and check out.

This hotel was fantastic. The view in our room was amazing, overlooking the city, to the west. Huge window. Wow.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our entire trip in Japan. The staff was attentive and the space was beautiful. The only downside was that the room we were in was diagonally across from the train tracks and the trains run almost 24 hours so there was noise throughout the night. But other than that, I’d definitely stay at Centara again.

This hotel was a highlight of our trip - definitely the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan! Amazing room, amazing location and amazing restaurants & bars. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Osaka!

Best hotel we have stayed in so far in japan pillows and bed could have been more comfortable but that is subjective would definitely recommend i stayed there for part of my honeymoon

The rooms were amazing, very clean and elegant. The front desk was the absolute best at helping us add a day to our reservation without having to move rooms. The only negative thing we encountered was being given and then charged for drinks we didn't order in one of the restaurants.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel for our honeymoon. We turned up just a bit after 3 and there was a bit of a line for check-in already, but the staff checked everyone in fast. They were all very friendly and helpful. The room we had was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely come back. We also had a massage at the spa - one of the massages I’ve ever had!

We spent 7 days at that hotel. It is a nice hotel, nice room and restaurant on-site make it easy for breakfast but the mold on the bath joint was a turn off from the beginning. Not a bar with free stuff or in room like in other hotels (eg. Razor). No washing / dryer machine in the hotel but at least, there's some laundromat in less than 5 min walk from the hotel. If it was less expansive, I would have rate it higher but for the price paid, I was expecting more than other hotels I've in Japan that were less expensive. For almost the same price, we will try another 5 stars hotel we were hesiting with next time.

Nice property, close to shop and lots of eating around . Only a confuse when you get off the train took a wrong exist and have to walk a around a bit .

We loved that the hotel is centrally located. All the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The hotel is conveniently near the train station. There were so many restaurants nearby and five restaurants in the hotel. It was hard to choose where to eat. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had dinner reservations at a omakase restaurant but we were unsure if they were open due to the message that we read online. The gentleman at the front desk was so nice, he called the restaurant for us to confirm they were open. The hotel is very clean, the rooftop bar has a great vibe with a DJ and the view is amazing! The rooms are clean, good size and I like that the toilet and shower are in separate spaces. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back with our family.

Service & hospitality outstanding. Location was a few minutes walk from lots of activity but I would have preferred a bit closer, especially as navigation around the train station can be somewhat confusing & asking directions confounding with the language barrier, even with Google Translate. Room very clean but sparse, nothing special, excellent shower & tub. On 9th floor but heard trains outside our window frequently, sometimes was a bit unpleasant. lobby .& environment very modern & pleasant.

No early check in for any guests resulted in everyone trying to check in at 3pm which caused a long queue and delays. We were waiting for over 25 minutes. The communal areas are nice however, the rooms are certainly not 5*, nor is the service. No added extras; you have to pay for everything other than 1 bottle of water. The restaurants and bars are very expensive. If you get a good deal then the hotel is worth a stay however, it certainly isn’t a 5* experience.

We can really recommend this hotel. The room was the best on our whole Japan trip and very clean. The beds were really comfy the location of the hotel was definitely useful for every kind of trips to certain locations. 10/10! We didn’t have breakfast though, maybe next time!

The customer service and cleanliness at Centara Grand is AMAZING! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to help us seeing that we were traveling with a child. Rooms are in pristine condition, with great views of the city. Convenient location, walkable to train station, shopping, and many food options, as well as a convenience store (Lawson). I booked a room with a king sized bed for a 3-night stay via Expedia and paid under $150/night, which was an amazing deal given the 5-star quality service and hotel room/amenities! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if traveling with kids.

Staying on the club floor was a real pleasure and my kids loved the bunk beds in the family room. Hotel was basically adjacent to the train station and short walking distance from so much great food and shopping. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
