The property was a gem! It was close to downtown, very close to excellent restaurants, Rodeo Goat being my favorite! The rooms were spacious and a private bathroom for each bedroom! The private parking garage was a game changer! It gave me a peace of mind knowing our vehicle was protected! A 5 Star property overall!

Absolutely loved this property! It was in such a great location, about a 6 minute walk to the George Brown conference center, 5 minute walk to some really good bars, and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. There were 9 of us in the VRBO and it never felt cramped. The host even allowed us to drop off our luggage early when our flight arrived before check in time, which was awesome! We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice. Very spacious. It was 9 of us and we all slept well. Only thing is we couldn’t control the AC thermostat so it were some times the place was really hot on the inside. But overall. Very nice unit. I would recommend.

Property had everything advertised, beds were comfy. There are some great restaurants very close by. Would stay there again.

We stayed in this unit for two nights, and were impressed overall.
Pros:
-If you're going to a ball game, basketball game or convention, this is a great location as it is walking distance from both
-Quite a few bars/breweries/restaurants within walking distance
-Secure gated complex (although we're not sure if the man-gate ever actually locked)
-Garage parking
-Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed
-Master suite is massive with an impressive ensuite
Cons:
-Because of the downtown location, walking around seemed slightly sketchy after dark
-Windows in the unit can't be very thick, because the outside noise was quite audible
-Appliances were pretty noisy when in use (washing machine, dishwasher)
-Not necessarily a 'con', but just be aware that being 3 stories means quite a few stairs
Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Property is minutes away from the convention district where we attended meetings during our stay. Price was comparable to hotels in the area but with lots of room to relax after a long day of business. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This was the best stay away homes I've ever rented and I have rented several. The house was amazing despite the stairs but we all got our steps in. Lol 😆. It had everything we needed. Definitely will be back.

This property worked great for 3 couples attending meetings at the George Brown Convention Center. Great to all have our own space and nice to have a gathering area. It was an easy 10 minute walk and we really appreciated the resturants near by. Very fun atmosphere with great food.

Our stay was great! The house was amazing. It was exactly where we wanted to be in downtown Houston because it was walking distance to certain establishments we went too. I would definitely recommend this house to future guest.

Just as pictured. Lots of space and in the downtown area. Very secure property. Perfect for us with the 3 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Would definitely rent again. Owner is very easy to communicate with.

Our family had a great stay in this beautiful townhouse. The location is central with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you like city living, you'll enjoy your stay here.

The property is great for a family of 4 with 2 adult children. We all had our own bed and bath and there is even a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There are many steps so if this is a problem for you then you may want to reconsider staying here. This did not bother us but I could see where it may be a problem for someone who has difficulties getting around.
We were concerned about the area at first, but realized after a day that it is a safe place to be and there are so many cool places that you can walk to for a meal and drinks.
We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Houston. Btw, Around the Corner/Leeland House is an amazing place for breakfast and you can see it if you look out the kitchen window. It is just across the street!

Great house, close to city, great taco place near by.
If you’re in Houston and need to be near Minute Maid park or Toyota center or even just downtown really this is the spot.

Great location, easy check in. Gated property with garage storage for vehicles. If you’re in town for an event downtown this is a great option.

Overall this property met our needs. The location is very convenient for the work we were doing, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a family or women. It is a neighborhood that has beggars, homeless, and police continuously prowling around. It is also located on a pretty busy street. Met the needs of three men in town for a couple business events.
The property itself was as advertised. The hosts were communicative, thoughtful, and provided clear guidance. There were no issues with the house at all.

We stayed here for the week while my daughter had surgery at Houston Methodist. It was within 10 mins to the hospital and while we did not have the chance to do exploring, it seemed to be very close to many neat Houston attractions & eateries. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. They even left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice! I would definitely rent this home again!! The beds were very comfortable and I loved the modern but cozy vibe they chose for decor. The pictures in the listing is exactly what it is.

We wanted a place close to Minute Maid Park so we could walk to the games. This place was a .8 mile walk. We felt safe and enjoyed the restaurants that were right there on the way.

When they say you pay for what you get it’s honestly true this spot was near everywhere we wanted to be. A lot of places was within walking distance but due to the weather we just Uber everywhere. I would definitely recommend & book again.

This place far exceeded our expectations. It was great to be able to park in a garage, and the place was HUGE. The furniture and decor were delightful, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Toyota Center and restaurants. We had breakfast at a cute little place just around the corner. The complementary bottle of wine was an excellent touch. We highly recommend this place!
