From the moment we arrived we were blown away. This is an absolutely beautiful property (even better than the pictures) and very well cared for. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We are a group of friends who used to all live in the same state but many have moved away, so we try and get together once a year to hang out at a different location each year. This year, we wanted to be in California, and found this house, and are very glad we did. It is is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and the views on the way to the house are breathtaking. Great shopping near by. Short drive to the water. Plenty of space. I cannot recommend this property more. Perfect for a larger group or family with many rooms and each one having its own bathroom (no shower schedule needed!). The owner is very nice and very responsive. Check-in and Check-out were simple, clear and easy. The times are a bit different from other short term rentals, so pay attention to the great instructions given and you will have a smooth stay. Unfortunately, there was an accident during our stay and some unintentional damage occurred, but the owner was kind and helped us sort it all out (we had the insurance policy). The last thing I would note for people considering this property is there are a lot of stairs. It didn't bother us, and actually adds to the beauty and appeal of the house, but you will get a lot of steps in during your stay! You will not be disappointed picking this property!

We had a fantastic time in Paige’s beautiful home - our group consisted of two couples and an infant and our entire group couldn’t stop raving about how well the home was designed/constructed. Paige was also a fantastic host who helped us navigate La Jolla and was very responsive whenever we needed her. If still available we would definitely come back

Had my daughter’s small intimate wedding dinner here and it was so perfect! This 4 story home was spacious for all the family. The place was so clean and equipped with all the things we needed. Such a beautiful home and would recommend staying here to everyone! Thank you Paige!

Our family of 10 adults thoroughly loved our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was exceptional for cooking our extravagant dinners and the house was spacious and elegant. Thank you Paige for being so accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. We highly recommend this property and we would definitely want to stay here again.

We had a wonder ful stay for the opening of the Del Mar races. The house is located in a great location taking us less than 10 minutes to La Jolla shores and the beach, 20 minutes to the Del Mar track and the same to downtown San Diego. Great location. The owner was very lovely and was there to help every step of the way to ensure all questions were answered and things were located in the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood with privacy in the back yard. The house, and the artwork in it, are very beautiful. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to make meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. It is the best house with 4+ bedrooms we found in San Diego for short term stays.
