Breakfast was good and parking
Misinformation re facilities. Room towels changed every 3 days, something that for us is not acceptable. Imagine you use same towel for 3 days. We had a lot of arguments to get clean towels and even were told that to get clean towels we have to pay.This is not fair as no such statement is mentioned on booking.com. I even asked them 3 days before our trip specifically about the towels and they replied that towels and linen were available.
They didn't mention any charges.

Breakfast and parking
I had 2 rooms booked, so apart from the towels issue mentioned in the other room review we had another issue in this room number 2. One fine evening we came back from a long day out and found the bathroom was leaking what we think it was drainage from the roof directly in the shower and on toilet. Again they said they could do nothing but finally accepted to give us accessibility to use another room bathroom. The day after they said it was fixed and they will come and clean every day. In fact the liquid stopped leaking and they never came to clean.

Everything was all right. The hosts were very friendly, and their english lack was not a problem. Thank you for your hospitality.

Almost everything was excellent. Restaurant was very good and prices where affordable. Kuznice, using shortcut 2.7km walk. Bus stop 200m. Easy to catch bus to Zakopane center and Morskie Oko. Distance to center less than 4km. I also got breakfast box for early mountain hike!!! Absolutely great price/performance!
The only downside was "paper" thin doors. You can hear 2 zloty coin falling on carpet in the stairwell..

The room was very clean, beds are quite confortable, breakfast was good for the price.
The location is not too good, its quite far from Zakopanes main part, the wi-fi signal in our room was quite poor.

Willa pod Piorem is an excellent place if you plan to ski at Nosal as it is a short walking distance to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Willa has its own restaurant (karczma) where you can try very nice local dishes. They also serve a nice breakfast, so no need to not spend time looking for a meal before you head out for skiing or other activities. Overall, it is a great place with the local vibe and it is also a great value for money. I would highly recommend it
The doors could have a bit better soundproofing. Other than that, everything was just excellent.

Location and value for money are excellent. It is very conveniently located close to centre, but without the noise of Krupowka. Parking was also very convenient.
Breakfast was good, but very basic. It could have some more hot dishes and some local dishes (ie smoked cheese). Beds were spacious, but little bit hard (I liked it, but not everybody did).

The garden is huge and very beautiful. The small town around was much more interesting than we thought - there is a ancient castle with museum, church, etc. Rooms are clean, breakfast very good. This stay is really recommended.
Do not be afraid that the staff almost do not speak English, German or other languages. It is easy to communicate even if they speak polish only

The breakfast was excellent although it was too late. People usually visit this location to climb the mountains and they leave the accommodation very early in the morning and therefore, breakfast at 8:30 is too late. It would probably be ideal for beach holidays, but not when you are planning to leave very early in the morning. Other than that, food was great. Staff was very nice and helpful and the room its self where I stayed was clean and basic but, okay for a 2 or 3 night stay.

The restaurant offered a great breakfast and very reasonable dinner. Very helpful and friendly staff. Two terrasses to sit outside and relaxed (paradise if it weren't for the traffic noise)
The hotel is located along a busy road: very noisy. The cooking fat from kitchen could be smelled in the corridors (although the meals were not tasting the same way, luckily).
