This was a very roomy, clean home. It is close to so many attractions, very convenient. Having a ping pong table is a big plus for my teenagers, as well.

Beautiful property! Our group of 9 had plenty of space to spread out. Location is great - we walked to different restaurants / coffee shops everyday. Would definitely visit again!

There are some extra sounds from the city at night ( people yelling, motorcycles etc.) but overall this is a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. They were quick to get in touch with and we loved the house and amount of beds/space. We all felt safe and loved to walk to the restaurants close by!

What a great house to stay at. We had 8 adults and everyone had a great time. There was more than enough space for everyone. We all were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the house. The property manager responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The beds were also very comfortable. Next time we’re in St Louis we will check to see if this property is available.

It was great

The house was very well appointed, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our party of 13. However, the a/c on the 2nd and 3rd floors was non-existent. The fan, nor the a/c worked at all! It was 78 degrees in the 2nd floor and at least 80 on the 3rd floor. I reached out to the property manager on Thursday at 10:00pm and was told maintenance would be notified. We checked out on Saturday and maintenance never showed up. Sleeping was unbearable as was getting ready, running hair dryers etc for my son’s graduation. I received several text messages saying maintenance was noticed, but nothing was ever done. Counter in kitchen was dirty and coffee pot had left over coffee in it from prior guests. I would not stay here again in the summer months.

9 members of my family got together in this house for a family wedding. The house was incredibly comfortable and accommodating! We had such a great time hanging out in the house between wedding activities. Every room was very spacious and the bedrooms provided a lot of privacy. Having 3 showers was a plus and greatly appreciated in the mornings when everyone wanted to shower at the same time! lol The spacious and beautiful laundry room helped a lot to always have fresh towels available. The location was great. We walked to the Arch and the young members went out at night. Everything is within a short Uber ride. Great memories! The host was very accommodating and let us check in earlier as soon as the house was available, which helped a lot!!! Also, very responsive and super helpful. Thank you for a great time 🤗

We stayed during a convention in March and it was great for us. The location is awesome with many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and we could drive to downtown in 5 minutes without getting on the interstate. The house had plenty of beds and towels for a big group and we really enjoyed our stay.
