Nice house close to the ballpark.

First time renting a home. House was perfect. The entire process was simple and easy. Communication was excellent from the beginning of booking process to the very end. Location of property was perfect. Very close to all the major attractions St. Louis has to offer. I would highly recommend renting this house or using this company again.

Went for graduation from Wash U! This home was at a great location, easy to get around. The beds were very comfortable, house lovely and plenty of room for seven of us!

This was a great house for our family trip to St. Louis. Plenty of bedroom and bathroom space and only a couple of years old. We really enjoyed coming back after a long day at the zoo or City Museum ( which is amazing!) and having room to relax and fix some supper and play games. Communication with property manager was great!

We came for the Cubs vs Cardinal game. Had a great weekend. Kristin was very helpful assisting us with questions and so forth.

Beautiful, just as described. Everything clean and convenient. Nice neighborhood, short distance to the Convention Center, well stocked with necessities. We loved it!!!!

House was as pictured and we had plenty of room to spread out. Had issues with getting fans to work and the floors were filthy.... had to wear shoes at all times to avoid black dirty/filthy feet. Kitchen could definitely be stocked better with pots, pans, larger cutting boards, aluminum foil, etc. Several dishes were in cabinets and they were dirty. Plumbing is wired incorrectly so hot is cold and vice virsa. On a whole it was a good stay - plenty of space for our two families! I would just clean the floors and restock the kitchen so other guests can cook with more ease!

We were looking for a house close to Barnes Jewish hospital and this house couldn’t have been more convenient for my family. My husband and I traveled with our two small boys and our mothers. Everyone had their own room and space to spread out. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We did had some issues with the AC schedule and it got pretty warm at night, it was also very warm in the home when we arrived. Park across the street was enjoyed by our two boys. We were also able to use the garage for our vehicle. Overall, we enjoyed the home, perfect for what we needed and we were happy to have found it.
