Check in jam 10pm. toilet takda air. Bagitau staff dia kata pukul 1am baru ada air. Hakikatnya nak subuh pukul 6 baru ada air. Buat naya jela dengan orang terberaknya. Ada anak kecik lagi. Tido tak mandi. Air tu essential kot. Tv tukar channel lain, terus xdapat line dah. Air botol xda sedia. Hotel yg bawah 100 pun ada better servis dari ni.

The check-out time is 12pm, but when we checked in at 10pm plus, we found that the room hadn't been cleaned !! And there was still a smell, especially the last guest smoked, and there was a serious smell of smoke, I can't believe it was happened to me and this is the first time I met. We were very tired and very late at night, and there was no other room us, so we had to wait for her to clean it up, and we spent more than an hour waiting for her to clean the room for us. it was a bad experience ！！

Mattress n pillow no comfortable make everyone of us (me , my wife n 13yrs old cannot sleep well) Bed sheet no so clean. Got small insect in e room

The hotel is located at the central, a lot of good food nearby. The staff and cleanliness are also reach my expectation, very nice experience when staying here.

The staff was friendly, the carpark is free on friday but have to put coupon on the other days, 24h convince stall downstairs , and night alot of food stall around. The hotel is 5 minutes to aeon Tebrau shopping mall and ikea with toppen

sheets and the bathroom were clean. I wouldn't complain about the place, because just worth the price paid. Also, have small night-time hawker stalls, and mini-marts all around the hotel so if you are into it, great location. But little far from city center.
