Fantastic, comfortable home with plenty of space. We were in town for an event at the USA Baseball complex, and this location was very convenient. Also close to lots of stores, restaurants etc. great neighborhood with wonderful walking paths. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! House was the perfect size and it was close to everything! It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed! Ryan was very easy to get in contact with and made sure we knew he was available if we needed anything. Highly recommend this property!!

My grandson played baseball at the USA field and it is just 2 miles away. The house was big enough to fit our whole family so during down time we had so much fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Perfect for my guys golf trip. Plenty of room. Great/quiet location. Close to everything you could need/want. Great communication from owner. Everything as advertised. Highly recommend this house if you're looking in this area.

My family loved staying at this property in Cary while we were in town for a graduation. First and foremost, Ryan is INCREDIBLY communicative and was super helpful throughout our stay. The property is very spacious, allowing our entire family to have the comfort of their room while also giving us space to spend time together playing games or sitting on the back patio. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe the entirety of our stay. Definitely choose this property if you’re in the area!

We were extremely impressed with the service of our host and the home. We came in last minute for a family funeral so to not have any issues with housing was truly a blessing. We would stay in this house again for future visits to NC.

The house was clean and large enough to accommodate all the guests. The house was as shown on the listing, no surprises. And coffee, water, etc was provided, a nice touch.

As advertised. Nice house, plenty of room, good neighborhood, and centrally located for Raleigh/Durham and the surrounding area.
Bonus was the accessible garage. The minivan didn't fit for fulltime parking inside, but it was nice to back into the garage for loading/unloading and for getting the kids in and out on rainy days.

The home was perfect for my family. The home was clean and had a great kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We came into town for the USA tournament. This location was perfect. It was six minutes away from the park and close to shopping and nice restaurants. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Ryan was very responsive to requests and recommendations on things to do. We had a a great time on this trip and would stay here again if we have another opportunity.

The house was a fantastic location for us, as it was close to Chapel Hill, the airport, and downtown Cary and Apex. It was well stocked with towels, linens, and everything else we needed for our weekend stay. Would definitely recommend for those looking for an affordable alternative to a hotel when visiting the Raleigh/Durham area.

We had a group of tots, adults, and grandparents in for a long weekend. Everything was as expected, house was nicely provisioned, and clean. Lots of shopping within a couple of miles, & easy access to the airport. The house was excellent, and the Host was very responsive.

The place was great! Stayed over for a weekend for a wedding venue. Loved the multi car garage, beds are mostly King sized giving lots of space.

Your house was the perfect spot for us to stay for Grandma’s 80th Birthday Weekend Extravaganza. We were close our Cary relatives and nearby restaurants. We had family over for dinner one night and the space could not have been more perfect. We will definitely be back!

We had family traveling in for an 80th birthday celebration and needed additional housing. This house and location were just perfect. It was spacious and easy for family (local and those traveling in) to gather and visit with each other. The screened porch was a favorite of the group to hang out on. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in Cary to play baseball at the USA Baseball Headquarters and the house was located conveniently to the fields as well as many restaurants. The house was very clean and very well maintained in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property.
