Water went a bit cold for 3rd person shower but wasn’t end of world

-Nicely furnished. -At walking distance to Bondi Beach.

-No good value for money. -No mention on the listing that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. -If your car doesn't fit in the garage assigned, it is up to you to find a parking spot. Impossible to find parking on the street. -No essentials in the kitchen (coffee, tea, oil, etc.) and not very well stocked with glasses, mugs or plates. Induction stove, so it only works with special pans/pots. -Stains all over the carpet, couch and sofa chair in the living room. -Very noisy street at night. -Overly excessive security bond of $1000.

Gorgeous little apartment right near everything in Bondi

Parking was a bit tricky to get out of

Easy access to bus stop, 3-5 min walk. Bus takes abt 20min to get you to shopping area, dinning, circular quay and Bondi junction. Grocery store 5-7 minutes walk. Apt was just ok for me. Beds are comfy and there's a view overlooking the beach, with beautiful sun-rise if not a rainy or gloomy day. Coffee shop 3 minutes at top of street, by the bus stop. Best to take publuc transport, very easy to hop on and off trains, bus, rails with just the tap of a visa or mastercard. They dont use discover. Bus fare is 0.64c. Train/Iight rail about $5. Sure beats parking in these high tourist/down town area for $31-51 USD. Hard to find parking. Thanks for the complimentary water.

Biggest issues for me was I was traveling with 2 friends in their early to late 60's and we had to carry our heavy luggages up about 10 steps, then once inside had another 32 steps to haul luggage up to our room on the 9th floor. I think this should have been disclosed. There are no elevator/lift available at this facility. If you can't do stairs do ask for lower level accommodation. Couch and floor mat in living room was dirty. The mat was worst, could use good washing or replacement. Had to Google how to use Stove top and washer (never figured out the washer). After contacting manager I was told it's in the guide book send as an attachment in our booking. They can make it easier by writing out simple instructions on the use of these machines. Or replace with more user friendly items. I had a rental car, could not figure out to access the garage either, had to park on side of street, my rental was vandalized with no notification left. I can only assume it might have been from trash pickup that occurred that day. Likely trash bin fell onto of the hood/bonnet and creating a significant dent. Salt shaker broken had to constantly take the grinder "top" off the black pepper to get to the salt for cooking. Rented for 11 days and only left with 2 trash bags. Had to go to store to buy more. The balcony was very small, 2x2, with only 2 chairs. It was 3 of us traveling. Lots of area for improvement. Should not have to find a guide book. Simple instructions should be type written in a folder for guess to easily access. Emergency #, nearest hospital, bus # to take for various locations, places for dining, nearby beaches and attractions, etc.

Location is good.

One morning there was a lot of noise outside for him collection at 5am. The windows are very thin. I can imagine in winter it would be very cold in the apartment.

New appliances

Noisy location overnight. Lack of basics supplied, eg tea & coffee and maybe cooking oil. A self catering apartment should have these items as a minimum. Only pantry item was pepper and salt.
