everything was great! size of room, cleaning, delicious and diverse breakfast, very helpful young stuff especially yamen and nizar and reception guy in night shift, and don’t forget girl house keeping and the girl in restaurants she very nice and try to do all best all time , my stay was good highly recommended for any one come to baku to relax

Rooms with decent settings . Was good controoled heating systems ,,, service was very good and fast , counter staff was good ,,, spacious rooms with all furnitures

Bathroom drain was clogged.carpets were not clean and the quilt cover was all torn .mould in bathroom which was not cleaned .

I want to give a shout-out to the awesome general managers, Orkhan and Anar, for all their help and support during my stay at the hotel. Having lived in Azerbaijan for over three years and spent some time in Baku, I really appreciate how they went above and beyond to guide me and make my stay enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, thanks to the amazing assistance from Orkhan and Anar.
The hotel itself was great. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and kept clean + Big restaurant.
There were a couple of downsides, though. They didn't have a gym inside the hotel, but luckily, there was one just 50 meters away that I could use. Also, the immediate area didn't have any major attractions to visit, but it wasn't a big deal since the popular sights in Baku were still within reach in 8-10 minutes of taxi ride

The place exceeded our expectations. The place is nice, quiet, and clean. Breakfast is quite good, especially omelets with cheese :) Special thanks to the reception workers.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with a lot to offer, reception personnel was really helpful - they guided us through the city and informed us about the best sides of the city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Some of the services were poor like internet and kitchen. They need to work on it like kitchen meal services should be available for guests.

The room and the bathroom wa s very nice and specially Salima and Yamin were super helpfuThey went out of the way to help and guide us.l.We would definitely recommend people to come and stay here.
The name of the hotel is actually Royal saphire whereas in booking .com it says Royal Hotel baku and the number given in the e mail was also wrong because of which we went around baku till 1:00 am trying to find the hotel and had to pay to three taxis.

Comfortable stay, quiet place, and very helpful staff. Special thanks to Omar who helped us starting from reception until check out. Breakfast was very good and met our expectations.

when we arrived, first we were confused about the entrance to the property, but the bellboy met us and helped us with car parking. The reception staff was very welcoming; also we liked the room. The beds were comfortable. Restaurant service to the room is on time, food was delicious.
