Air conditioner in my room didn’t working properly

El departamento esta bien equipado.

El televisor no funcionaba correctamente, no funciono el hdmi ni el sistema de streaming, la ventana tapada por un contenedor, esta bastante lejos del centro, se tiene que hacer combinación de subte y colectivo para llegar, no tienen servicio de bicicletas.

Quartier calme , proximité des transports 5 min à pied arrêt de bus, Logement réservé pour 4 ,il n'y avait que 2 chaises, mais nous les avons eu dès le lendemain matin,donc très réactif merci

Manque d' étagères et de rangement,surtout dans la salle de bain , rien pour poser ou suspendre les vêtements et trousse de toilette. Une cafetière à dosettes ou capsules serait bien, Le lave-vaisselle n'est pas très utile surtout que les assiettes sont trop grandes elles ne vont pas dedans . Il y avait normalement une salle de sport à disposition !!! Pas vu , nous l' avons demandé, on nous a renseigné sur des salles de sport à proximité (payante)

Spazi e design della stanza. L'accoglienza con biscotti e caffè, le stuoie per fare yoga e la presenza di Balsamo, shampoo e bagni schiuma. L'attenzione alla sostenibilità.

La pulizia, un po' di polvere, capelli neri lunghi sia nel letto che in giro per la stanza e il fatto che mancava un letto che è stato fatto in modo approssimativo successivamente in nostra presenza. Non abbiamo trovato nè bar dove far colazione nè supermercati vicini.

Pulizia, camera molto accogliente con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare, bagno pulito. Nonostante l'appartamento sia piccolo (e lo sapevamo) è risultato perfetto per le ns esigenze di turisti

Dos dois senhores que vieram ao nosso quarto pedir um pagamento de 150€ a tentar ROUBAR-NOS!!! acendemos um cigarro à janela e apagamos logo de seguida porque percebemos que era proibido, mesmo assim tentar insistir com o pagamento de 150€, obviamente não paguei visto que não ficou nada danificado.

I liked the decor, I liked the location, I liked the special personal touches such as the camera use while there + getting to keep the tote bag, being given film for the camera and the stickers/post cards. Room size was good too. Staff were always super friendly and tried to be very helpful. Felt connected to “bob” with all these special touches which is rare and valued as a lot of places aren’t very personable.

I don’t like the luggage storage facilities and the system as I arrived and they were all full which isn’t good enough after you have had a long morning travelling and flying I am just lucky I brought early check in prior else this would of ruined my holiday as I was not happy and still had to wait for my code to activate before I could enter my room. I didn’t like how dim the room was as if you visited in the middle of winter you would be living in the dark as you have to rely on the natural day light for lighting. An extra light above the bed or brighter and whiter lights would really help especially being on the first floor if I have the curtains open every one can see me so no privacy (would be good to add some sheer privacy curtains on this floor in addition to the blackout ones). The noise does tend to travel from room to room, my last night I had a family and I could just here kids most of the evening which isn’t ideal I am lucky I was leaving the next day else I wouldn’t of been impressed.

Wonderfully decorated, clean facilities and apartment finish to a high standard. Lovely little touches such as reusable water bottles, yoga mat and reusable tote bag.

More information on local transport and how the local transport works but a text asking for transport info in the local area was quickly responded to. Maybe some information on local bars, places to eat, food shops etc would be helpful. Overall these are minor suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I liked the room but did pay a premium for , so many problems with door codes not working because of their vendors problems .

Cleaners , fire alarms, door not being able to lock because the technology they use ? So strange . Disappointed in the BOB W experience .

The cleaning staff comes into your room via their pass keys. Scary feelings. Not acceptable . Even if you schedule . The cleaners are sketchy and have pass keys .

Très propre, beau bâtiment. Simplicité pour récupérer la chambre, personnel très réactif par message. Très pratique. Arrêt bus à proximité pour rejoindre le centre ville

Das Gebäude war modern und neu. Ebenfalls die Einrichtungen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel

Wir haben für 3 Erwachsene und 1 Baby gebucht. Zimmer war extremst klein und nicht für die angegebenen Personen geeignet. Badzimmer Türe lässt sich nicht schließen, das ist kein Defekt sondern der Stil der Türe. Die Badezimmer Türe lässt sich einfach wie eine Salon Türe in beide Richtungen schwingen. Nicht cool. Vom Hauptbett aus hat es von der Decke aufs Bett getropft.

De belangrijkste zaken waren aanwezig. Dicht bij supermarkt / openbaar vervoer. Leuke extra's. Goed bed.

Niet veel opbergruimte. Enkele zaken ontbraken, zoals: - schuurspons - vaathandoeken - keukenrol - fotootjes voor fototoestel - fysiek aanspreekpunt / persoonlijk contact - grote lamp boven bed

I liked that the apartments were obviously a new build and the place was actually easy to find and to get into the main city wasn't too much of a hassle. I really appreciated the door system, not needing a key (I'm always terrified of losing keys on holidays) so the door code system was amazing for me. The app itself also had all of the booking into at the ready which was very handy.

Overall I didn't enjoy my stay there....I had organised an apartment but the room was basically a hotel room with a hob. Not what was advertised at all! Very disappointed. Also, there was a lot of building/construction on which was very annoying. The wifi and TV situation was absolutely dire. Couldn't have a relaxing late night in with my partner due to this. Also the TV is mounted to the wall so close that you cannot connect your own cast device (internet and TV was not working the way it should to allow the apartment casting) what was meant to be a romantic weekend away ended up being ruined by these things. Will not be staying here again for a weekend away. For just using to see Amsterdam and partying would be fine though I guess.

It was a bit far from transport links, but in general it was ok as we got to explore the area where the property is located

La posizione è ottima per gli spostamenti, l'appartamento è moderno e accessoriato con una bella vista panoramica, pulizia ottima, letti comodi. Non c'è la reception ma per qualsiasi necessità Bob W. risponde immediatamente. Sono soddisfatta della scelta.

El alojamiento es espectacular, son estudios totalmente nuevos y reformados, equipados con todo lo necesario para hacer vida en ellos, lavavajillas, vitrocerámica, microondas, cafetera, tetera, tostadora, secador de pelo, etc. Además añade un extra el disponer de una cámara analógica de fotos (Instax Mini 12) con papel de fotografía incluido. El alojamiento esta al norte de la ciudad, lo más recomendable es el pase GVB con el que poder moverse por la ciudad ya que para llegar al hotel desde Amsterdam Centraal hace falta bus (2 paradas) y metro (1 parada), hacer esto lleva únicamente 15 min y tanto buses como metro pasan con gran frecuencia. Sin duda que merece la pena calidad-precio y por tener todo tipo de comodidades.

Oda dizaynı inanılmaz güzel. Odaların rahatlığı ve mutfak imkanı çok güzel. Banyodaki sabunlardan , kendi özel paketlenmiş filtre kahvesine kadar 10 numaraydı. İnanılmaz ince düşünülmüş ve sunulmuş bir hizmet. Herşey harikaydı.

Ulaşım yönünden biraz merkeze uzak. Fakat otobüs ve metroyla ulaşabilirsiniz. Otelin bulunduğu binada tadilat olduğu için sabah erken saatlerinde ses oluyor.

Die Unterkunft hat alles zu bieten was man für einen Kurztrip nach Amsterdam brauchen könnte. Von der Küche, Waschmaschine bis hin zu Reinigungsartikel für Damen findet man in diesem Zimmer alles! Die Lage war auch in Ordnung, in ca. 20min hat man mit den Öffis das Zentrum erreicht! Kommunikation mit dem Team hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert! Gerne immer wieder!!

It was premium experience. Everything was ready for us. I would stay in Bob W on my next vacations. It was clean and comfortable. Possible to get help online anytime.

Nagyon szép új épület, tiszta, modern, kedveskedtek sütivel, volt bevásárlótáska, telefontöltő, jól felszerelt konyha, meleg, puha ágynemű, ....minden szuper volt! Csakis ajánlani tudom! A környék is szuper, a tömegközlekedéssel bárhová könnyen el lehetett jutni.
