In my role I get to travel globally and the service from this hotel was one of the best I have been in. The location is ideal for first time people to Hanoi, rooms were really clean, and hotel has been recently updated. The staff would do anything for you. Breakfast is high quality and the rooftop bar is great. Downstairs they have a high end massage which was very professional.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Close to shops and within walking distance of the Lake and the Old Quarter. Very nice accommodations and the beds were by far the most comfortable to sleep in!

Pretty new hotel in the heart of old quarter. Very friendly staffs, comfy clean room. Good variety of breakfast selections. Room size is on smaller side

Combined with the two nights from September 2nd to 4th, we stayed for a total of 3 nights. It was very reassuring to be able to tell us about the closure of the airport due to the typhoon and to consult with us about what to do. It is recommended because it has a meticulous customer service that is not found in large hotels with many rooms, and it is easy to access.

My stay was excellent! The hotel is located very near the church and the lake, in a very nice region. The room was very clean and smart. It catered for all my needs. Breakfast was outstanding. The juices were very good and the omelette delicious. The capuccinos were so good that I couldn’t help drinking three. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. And there is also a very good spa downstairs. In my next visit to Hanoi I will stay there again.

Amazing stay. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Thanks to Manager Kim who assisted and helped us make the best of our trip. We stayed in the internal window room and it is a nice room, well ventilated and comfortable. We would definitely comeback and recommend this hotel.

The staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful - they really made an effort to make the stay enjoyable. Hotel itself seems quite new - it was clean and comfortable, everything working well. Location is good. Would highly recommend, and would stay there again.

Not a 5 star hotel - not even a 4 star hotel. Room is tiny There is a list of 30 different items that is printed out and is missing, etc. they will charge you. A missing room key is $5 USD

This hotels breakfast is to die for. It’s like fine dining, at a buffet. The buffet is great, but you can also order off the menu at no extra cost. Great location, great rooms, and excellent staff. I never take the time to write reviews for anything, but I had to say something about this place. 5-star all the way!

Likes: Great location in Hanoi Old Quarters with close proximity to many restaurants and shops (had a great haircut at a barbershop within walking distance and a restaurant that we ate there twice in 2 days), staff was courteous and polite going out of their ways to please, nice outside sitting area in front of hotel to drink tea or coffee and watch the rain and pedestrians. Dislikes: tiny room with internal windows opening into a ventilation column with lights (my first time in one), it felt like a shoebox with no access to the outside world. This room is probably okay for one-day stay and only to sleep. The room with external windows, which we were moved to the next day, was much better. However, the bathroom was still small and had an above ground bath tub that may be risky for older people to get in and out.
