Staff is very arrogant rude not cooperative only money mind they have not proper knowledge how to behave with oyo customers

Restaurant was very convenient & quality food.
Failities outside the room were good.
Reception staff were very helpful in organizing our rooms & booking.
Towels were not clean and had stains on them.
Bedsheets & pillow cases had stains on them.
TV was not working.
Cupboard doors were bad quality, warped and got stuck when opening/closing.
There were no soap for shower.

Stay was comfortable. Room was large and clean with good AC. Some of the staff smiley. Pool was amazing, Rooms was just perfect and Property was neat and clean.
Lift was not properly working.

Staff was good. Very clean , neat and well maintained Hotel. It was very nice experience... felt like home. Super Location. very nice and good service.
Pool water was little dirty.

Good place to stay with Family. Excellent Hotel , Excellent Staff Good Housekeeping Services, proper secured car parking. Clean Rooms . Morning breakfast was excellent. Value for Money Hotel Safe Hotel , present at good location.
TV remote was not working.
