The room is huge and very clean. We had a great time staying at the property and we feel safe. The agent was kind and approachable. We will book again next time.

There is no water heater in the master’s bed room but it is just a little problem. Maybe the were not aware of it.

The kitchen has an electric cooker so you can cook instant noodles etc , and there is microwave oven and water dispenser which is very convenient. View was great, the unit we stayed in is very well refurbished and is very clean. Its TV works great too. As for outdoors, being at the Skygarden at night is wonderful, you see the clouds rolling by just a few floors above you. Much better view than at Resorts World hotels/shopping mall, where you can hardly walk out to take in the outdoor air and beauty of the highlands.

Need to be careful not to miss the shuttle bus, the lift waiting time can be long especially near the shuttle pick up time. And need to transfer to another lift at level 7. At least set aside 15-20 min for lifts.

The price is affordable. Nice view from the balcony.

Cleanliness, room decor, facilities like water dispenser, induction, bathroom slippers, access to swimming pool, nice balcony.

We reached early at around 1 pm. They refused early check in saying that it will be only after 3 pm. That's ok, no grudge.Then we asked them to keep luggage which was only cabin bags so that we could roam around and they charged 20 myr for keeping those cabin bags for 2 hours which looked totally insane but we paid to make best use of our time.

Bilik yang bersih, hiasan dalaman yang cantik, fasiliti yang mencukupi, kolam renang mesra kanak2, F&B outlet yang pelbagai, suasana yang tenang lagi aman dan semua2 itu menjadikan percutian yang sangat menarik.

Lokasi yang berjauhan daripada theme park dan tempat2 lain, view bilik menghadap bangunan dalam pembinaan, jalan menuju resort kurang memuaskan dan jalan agak jauh daripada parking ke bilik resort.
