We enjoyed having this home as a home base. The home was spacious and clean with a modern decor. The home had everything we needed and was in a great location.I would stay at this home for future trips!

Beautiful home really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property. Clean. Comfy beds. Lots of stairs so need to be able to handle stairs. Large fenced backyard. Really close to 4 Hands Brewery and just a 10 minute drive to downtown. The only bummer was the game table that is literally falling apart and needs to be removed/replaced. Great property otherwise. Will definitely rent again for future trips to StL.

Your home is beautifully decorated and perfectly accommodating for a family get-together. We have only one complaint however. The kitchen is sorely lacking in bakeware (for casseroles and cakes), bowls for cooking and storage (tupperware) for storage. The one baking pan was rusty and we had to use the frying pan as the popcorn "bowl". In addition, for the Roku service, I wanted to add an app that I had a subscription to, and it was requiring a "Roku pin". I called the Customer Service #, and the lady gave me a code that was too long, and then she didn't respond anymore to my texts. That was NOT Customer Service. Finally, I would suggest a grab-bar in each bathtub. ... just a little safety thing for us older folks. All my siblings advised that I rent the same house again for last year! We'll do that.

7 co-workers and myself stayed here overnight after seeing a show at the Stifel. The location was very centrally located, while still a few minutes from downtown. The home was absolutely beautiful! Up-to-date everything! Huge table with benches and extra chairs were perfect to accommodate a late night card game! There are 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a single queen, and one room with 2 queens and the couch could potentially sleep 2-3. We will keep this place in mind if we have to stay in the area again!

A great place with plenty of space. Everything is new and in great shape. Close by to St. Louis attractions. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with my family and dogs for an academic event at WashU. Would stay here again! Property was largely as described. There were lots of bugs in the property which we were able to take care of. I reached out to the property manager regarding this but did not receive a response. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay.
