Very bad experience. Staff never accommodated us. As the checkin time is just from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, which is not suitable at all who is coming by road. They tried to accommodate us in some furnished appartment in another building. Which was very bad.

This is not a 4-star hotel at all and don’t get confused with the Andalus Palace near Masjid e Nabawi. Cleanliness and the amenities were horrendous. Staff can only communicate in Arabic.

Don’t trust the payment links they send you it’s a scam. It shows it was booking who send but no one knows anything. It was about to change me 4000 for money transfer.

Staff did not know any English, it was extremely difficult to communicate. We literally received a room with no lock. The bedroom was the only room with a lock so we had to cramp all our luggage in that room. They said they will fix it the next day but they never did.

It’s clean, also they gave me two bedrooms appartments which I stayed with my children, it was really great.

Shower and toilet they are very close to each other, it’s doesn’t have separate glass or anything, if someone shower water goes to everywhere, it’s bit scary may slippery.

Beds oke, the space of the room, the water bottles, the waterheater and the in the room. 2 fridges, we used only one.

The cleaness of all, Upon entering the room, we saw that the wooden frame of the door was already quite damaged, and that of the inside was no longer against the crosswood. In the bathroom there was black mold present, the shower head could not be directed (mechanism broken) and now sprayed to the wall, despite special head with different options, it could not be operated that button had broken off, several joints on shower completely rinsed out, traces of water seepage from floor higher, Swimming pool was some suitable for children, however noted with wellness. No breakfast possible, no restaurant, no bar. Bathroom with bathtub advertised but nowhere present in the hotel however paid extra for it. When taking a shower, the floor of the entire bathroom was wet, given no shower tray. This hotel is not worth 4 stars, at most 2 stars. Not once in the rooms freshened up by the housekeepers. Bath towels initially not available in the room.

Good location and facilities

Bedding sheets weren't replaced with clean ones, they are just flattened, cleaning staffs needs supervision.

Need improvement on various aspects, cleanliness, fragrance need to improve, it gives a strange smell, staff need to be multilingual, toile roof was leaking, kitchen was not clean

دورة المياه كانت سيئة للغاية وترجعنا لدورات المياه قديما غرفة 320 وكانت ضيقة ... وكان الظلام يسيطر على الدور وسيد الموقف في الممرات

der Teppich sah nicht mehr ganz so sauber aus. Das Bad war etwas klein, da keine separate Duschkabine vorhanden war (Dusche und WC in einem). Ohne Google Übersetzer wird es schwer sein sich zu verständigen.

We had a pleasant stay. Restaurants especially pakistani restaurants are nearby. Masjid Quba and Masjid Nabawi were not too far. They have shuttle service but we didn't use it.
