Communication with the JB team, no hassle when collecting keys. Easy access to the mall and places nearby.

Need to improve on the toilet accessories, eg need hook to hang the towels or clothes.

Location was wonderful and convenient. Host was very clear in instructions and responsive to questions. Checkin and checkout was fuss free. Price was reasonable too. Recommended!

Nothing actually other than a few prank doorbell rings which were to no fault of host.

a bit of smell in the rooms, but not something unbearable, just v slight.

The house is big and clean. 3 bedroom but the beds can fit up to 9 people. Easy check in and out. Apartment got link to major mall.

The wifi got problem. Our 3 days stay without wifi.

Apt decor awesome, comfy sofa, big kitchen Bed very comfy (big enough for 2 adults), Spacious for 4 in a room (ladies). The two bedroom for my Boyz was comfortable. 2 Toilets was big enough for everybody. Hammock was a brilliant idea for relaxing so was the games.

Only 1 card for 8 adults very nerve wracking.. Never forget to top up toilet roll (8 adults mind you). Have remote control for aircon that says ON (🤗😁)..only OFF can be seen on the remote.. Cups and utensils not enough for 8 (never look to see the plates since insufficient cups) we bought our disposable cups plate & forks/spoons/knifes.

The house was spacious and clean. It was just above the mall. Easy check-in and out.

There's no hook in the toilet to hang our towel. Matteress bed was a bit hard.

The owner is very friendly. Self check in and check out can be easily done with the help of the owner. The design of the unit is quite modern and comfy and some necessities are provided: towels, hairdryers, iron, hair and body shampoo, cups & plates etc… You can even access easily to the shopping mall as there is an interconnection door from the lobby floor.

None about the unit but the lift is quite slow.

Wish toothbrush is provided. Wish a better pillow. Wish there is a power point in the master bedroom. Wish we can leave our luggage after checking-out.

House is spacious, on a high floor (#23) with pool view, rooms are clean and bed comfy. Aircon and fan works perfectly. Carpark is secure and security guards really guard :) . Host provided 2 carpark lots as requested and the lots are side by side. Overall a comfortable stay and recommended for families.

Internet coverage is weak and only works when you are in the living room. You lose connection once you are in any of the bedrooms. Water drains pretty slowly at the shower in the master bedroom. Need to provide some hangers in each room.

when i ask about wifi and host inform that no wifi due to the unit is new. so? is that under my care? as per booking wifi was included, so the host need to supply the wifi. luckily i asked before i check in, otherwise will wasting my time to change unit etc. please be more alert about this. all customers of course need the wifi, so be well prepared. thank you.

Access card only given 1 . So many trip up n down need to tap as my family is big No wifi.

Horrible service. Firstly checking in process wasn't given until 2 plus pm which i had to ask for. That is not so major but upon reaching, the key card couldn't be used in the lifts to go to the room's level. It was a bit of a panic because I was with a toddler and and infant, and the only way to contact the service staff was through whatsapp and they don't reply fast enough. After a quite a while, luckily there was someone who was going to the same level so we could tap on his key card to go to our room's floor. When the service staff finally replied, they kept asking me to try again which I told them I already did so many times. They even implied that somehow i was the one at fault because the previous guest had no issue with they key card. I even took a video and also asked the building's security to try the card. At this point nothing was still done and they even asked to try all the lifts which was dumb but i did do it and of course it still didn't work. Finally they told me to use the fire escape lift. That lift is usable and doesn't need the key card to access but it is only a single lift and it is used by contractors and building staffs so you had to wait very long for the lift to arrive plus the lobby for the fire escape lift don't have air con so my kids were very uncomfortable while waiting. What baffles me was the reluctance to do anything to replace the key card and instead kept trying to shift the blame. After all that, yet they couldn't accommodate to my slightly later checkout requesr at 12pm. They said latest would be 11.30am, I had to remind them of the difficulty in checking in to go to my apartment and throughout the stay for them to reluctantly agree. The place is good if you have no need for any help from their service staff but if you do, then it won't be a breeze so think twice before booking.
