location is so wonderfully. room size is bigger then nomal.

A very unique hotel. Service was top rate. Staff extremely friendly. Very modern room. Food was a little less than expected but it is a different country.

Overnight stay was way wonderful. Just beside the Monorail station #MO7. Also free shuttle service to HANEDA wasn’t crowded and on time. Very helpful and efficient staff at check-in. Breakfast buffet had a lot of good choices.

Property is an ideal location for a 1 -2 night stay near the airport. Rooms are very nice and restaurant on site was good. Restaurant needs to offer 1-2 dishes that are vegan, vegetarian or plant based.

Hotel itself was great -- modern and clean. There's basically nothing around the hotel in walking distance so you have to go into the city, but it's easy enough on the train. What was most annoying is that the "free shuttle" is limited to 12 passengers which they said sometimes gets full so you should line up 45 minutes in advance, so I skipped breakfast, stood in the hallway for 45 minutes (they should have a couple of benches at least). I chose this hotel for proximity to Haneda and free shuttle, but in the end it would have been better to stay closer into the city and just take the train to Haneda. They charge 1500 yen an hour to check in early so I had to have them hold my luggage until nearly 11pm when I finished for the day. It's too far from city center to just drop by the hotel to check in before the end of the day.

room is rather small.. but clean and bed is ok,, TV is big enough,, and i like the auto toilet ,.,.,. a little problem is no listing of how to use the phone,, and how to contact the front desk or operator. Another thing is that in your ads for this hotel.. it say AIRPORT TRANSFER INCLUDED... which is not clear enough.. as it should have state clearly that only from hotel to airport, one way only...

It is convenient to have a shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning when trains are not in operation.

The room is small but comfortable and clean. It is close to the airport, but not the most convenient, as you still need to take the train for one stop to the terminals.

Paid close to 30.00 for breakfast which closes at 10, a worker came up to me at 930 and was tapping on his watch saying closing soon.... i was finishing my first coffee..... unbelievable

The hotel was clean

They need to get rid of the “automated kiosks only” check in/ check out. Very cumbersome and unintuitive. There are many staff standing by to assist with the kiosk so not sure how this saves time or manpower.

Very beautiful property that’s conveniently placed very close to the HANEDA airport. Everything was very clean and new. The lobby and area around was very quiet and not super busy. Staff was very amazing as well. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the dining options and how far away the nearest convenience store was..
