This home is stunning! It is perfect for families or a nice getaway for a couple. Everything has been thought of from bathroom toiletries to giving information about the local area and places to visit. The 3 bedrooms have plenty of space and large beds. I had a wonderful time exploring the vegetable garden and just enjoying being outside in the spacious, well manicured backyard. The waterfront is withing walking distance to bring your morning coffee. I hope to visit again. Karen is a wonderful hostess!

Wonderful rental! Property was immaculate, hosts were very accommodating welcoming us with a lovely welcome basket and information on activities in the area. Great location, easy walking distance to downtown area as well as scenic walking path. Very comfortable home to relax in, will definitely be back next visit to Portsmouth!!

We loved our stay here! This was one of the cleanest homes I’ve ever stayed in. Karen had so many wonderful accommodations for both adults and children. We felt very much at home. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe feeling. I would love to stay here again when we visit the area.

We were so pleased with the location of this extra comfortable and well equipped home. The owner was a gracious and generous host providing treats and breakfast items for our stay. It truly felt like home with many touches of hospitality and was an ideal spot for getting around without need for a car. We hope to return again. Excellent excellent stay!

Clean, well-maintained and well-furnished house on a quiet street. Full 3 BR / 1.5 BA - cozy but with plenty of room for three adults in kitchen, breakfast room and living room. Did not use backyard but looked equally well-maintained. Polite and pleasant owner made check-in and out a breeze. We were able to leave our car in driveway all weekend, because house is only a short 5-10 minute walk (through reasonably OK neighborhood) to restaurants, concert pavilion, Portsmouth Naval History Museum, marina, and quick ferry ride to downtown Norfolk waterfront with USS Wisconsin tour etc. Recommend Still Cocktail Bar 5-6 blocks away, Fish n Slips seafood at nearby marina, and Yoolks on Us for breakfast.

We loved this stay. The house was beautiful, clean, conveniently located, stocked with necessities, and comfortable. We walked to the Town center, walked to see the water, as well as walked to margaritas! Karen was very helpful and an all around great host! Highly recommend this house & host! What a lovely stay! My wife and I were in Portsmouth for a Naval Hospital appointment, but settled right into comfy leather seating and an Olde Town experience. After walking over to the hospital (near!) we took a strolling tour of adjacent historic neighborhoods and along the harbor. Our grandkids had toys and books to keep them happy while we had a sunny family chat time on the glass porch (live plants abound through the house). "Tudor Treasure" is just that: well-equipped, very clean, and charming. We'll have to return; this was a wonderful VRBO visit.
