Advantages:
Rooms are clean, nice, spacious
There are a few activities onsite for kids and a pool and spring water hot tubs.
The site is secure, parking is easy and right outside the rooms.
Disadvantages:
There were a couple of steps up to the room we stayed in but I’m sure accessible ones are available
No covers on the window or door glass so light comes in early

We went to Rotorua to support our daughter in the Rotorua half marathon in early May. Great choice of accommodation. Wonderful hot pools.

Pros: Near many local attractions, fridge, and small area to cook in.
Cons: The blanket had a large questionable brown stain on one of the duvets on the bunk bed. I went to speak to the person working at the desk, but the desk is only attended to between 9 am and 6 pm, and then only for emergencies. Since it didn't feel like an emergency, I didn't ring to speak to someone. We had to leave before 9 am so I couldn't talk to someone at checkout.

Comfortable and secure stop over for one night in Rotorua. Parking felt very secure due to gate entrance. Room was clean and comfortable but heat pump did not really work. When we went to ask about it at the front desk told to just give it time. So it was a cold night and glad we weren’t staying more days.

Very nice people. Very comfortable. Clean. What I preferred a non-handicap accessible unit.

It was nice stay at double bedroom cabin. We have all what we need, nice and warm with air conditioner. The lounge, kitchen and kids room for the campsite are great, well maintained. We enjoy swimming pool and two hot pools, absolute highlight.
The downsides were the moldy on the seal of shower door and the brown stains on the bath towels.

The stay was on the prime location. The pool side studio for two which we took was not cleaned properly as there was stains on the table, hair on the bed, opened beer bottle the fridge and stain on the toilet. It seemed like the cleaning was rushed . The thermal pools were nice and the studio is compact with two people.

We stayed in the standard cabin while here for a sports event. Was great. Clean, plush carpet. Good beds and linen and pillows.

Lived our stay, catered for everything we needed. Clean, tidy facilities, everything in good working order. Loved that we could access the hot pools when we arrived lage from Gisborne - enjoyed the hot soak after a long day very much. Well equipped warm cosy cabins, affordability

The room was very spacious, everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helped me with a heater upon my request, and also gave me suggestions of spots to go in the city. The common areas were very well taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.

Location and services are very good, but we experienced a poor assistance for the late check in

Cottage was good, except there were tonnes of ants around the kitchen. We kept all our food in the fridge as the counters, sink, windowsills had streams of them. There was no ant killer available in the unit.

Very affordable clean family friendly accommodation in a central location. Bed was a bit hard though.

We arrived too early to check in, so we left our bags. We got back 5 mins before reception closed and they had kindly taken our cases to our cabin. The cabin was much nicer than I thought the photos don't do it justice.

We had a wonderful cabin with two bedrooms and our own bathroom. Very clean ! Highly recommend to stay here.

The cottage was basic but clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained. The pool area was lovely.

Bit tricky during Covid red light settings, but the only minor issue we had was having to remove rubbish, and clean the room ourselves. Just another thing to do while on holiday. Beds were also hard to sleep on. Everything else was great!

Nice quiet motel unit. Good pool and hot pools. We had a unit onsite which had good amenities and good sound proofing. Bed and pilllows were adequate for price. Less that 5min drive to city centre and attractions. No issues.
