Our family attend an annual event in Reno and we were looking for lodging together. We wanted a home that would be cozy and fun for all ages. This home checked all the boxes! We appreciate all of the details that made our stay unique. We loved the downstairs space for playing drums, ping pong and foosball.

What a great place! The decor is amazing and thoughtful. The binder with info is so well done. It is a smaller house but the basement makes up for that with more space full of games and drums and theater style TV. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. We were a little sad that we could not stay more than one night! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved the place! Perfectly clean, full of character and great layout.
Unfortunately, I’m giving it 3 stars because the air conditioning wasn’t turned on before our arrival. Being Reno in mid July, the interior of the house was a hot 88 degrees. The house didn’t cool down till 3am. If we hadn’t arrived late, and didn’t have so many people in our party, we would have gone somewhere else.
Other than that it was fantastic. The other problem was the basement. It had a low ceiling and my 6’5” son couldn’t stand up all the way. That would have been nice to know before we booked as well.
If the owners work on reliably having the house cool before arrival, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone or even stay there again.

The house was great! Clean, decorated beautifully and tastefully, beds were comfortable. The basement was an added bonus with ping pong and football. It was pretty cool to use the movie projector to watch movies on the big screen. We were in town to visit family and it was centrally located to all. It was only about an hour to Lake Tahoe, which is an a must do for the area. All the communication with the owners was pleasant and they responded promptly. My husband and I would highly recommend this rental to family and friends.

Sia and Ray worked really hard to create a welcoming space with everything you need to have an amazing stay. The kitchen was perfect and they have a nice living room and patio to hang out. My favorite was they had a real blender to make smoothies in. The property is within walking distance of the hipster midtown.
Our stay was fantastic, thanks to you both for putting so much heart and soul into the place!!

The house was fantastic, all of the little touches were very much appreciated, it was very easy to stay with the family. The hosts were gracious and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would stay here again

The house was perfect and peaceful. The kids had a blast in the game room. It was a pretty cool experience for them. We definitely enjoyed the décor the kitchen. The bathroom was beautiful. Location was great close to everything.Sia and Ray Where wonderful host and very responsive to any questions we had. It was a beautiful stay and we are excited to return soon

From the moment I booked this listing in January our host were great. Accurate and easy-to-understand directions were left with no detail overlooked. The basement was so incredible that my kids didn't want to leave the house even to spend money. The kitchen was well stocked with top-of-line appliance.
All in all, we are looking for an excuse to visit again.

This cottage is perfect from the beds to the amenities to the central location. It is so clean and welcoming. We just loved it! Hope to come back again.

11 of us utilized this location as our halfway point for our Easter weekend family reunion and had a blast! The property managers were so kind and accommodating to all of us and our needs. The house is located in the best location being so close to midtown and downtown bars, restaurants, and casinos. The aesthetic of the house itself is super cute and stocked with tons of books, games, and other items. Great location for adults!

We used the house as our place to stay while on a ski vacation where we drove up to Lake Tahoe and that worked very nicely. We also visited with friends/family that live in Reno and Sparks so the house location really worked well for both skiing and visiting! It was always a pleasure to come back to the house as it is most inviting, comfortable and perfectly decorated. Everything was top notch. In our next ski location rotation we will definitely want to return.
