Bit sad really . Once a premium business hotel now a low rent tourist , fifo short stay transit hotel . Service is hopeless, breakfast pitiful and virtually no staff speak English and are clueless. Clearly on low wages .
Have stayed there hundreds of times over the years but no more .

Extremely helpful service plus the receptionist did everything to help our stay be smooth. We arrived early and she gave us an earlier checkin and gave an hour later check out complimentary. Also gave 2x drinks vouchers to use in the bar.

Great three days at Pan Pacific Perth. Staff were particularly helpful at all times from check-in to final breakfast in Monty’s, with special thanks to the concierge.

Night light in the bathroom was a great idea.
The lead on the kettle didn’t quite reach the power point on the cupboard, we boiled the kettle in the bathroom.

We stayed at a high floor so room was more expensive and renovated.I chose a river view premier room but could not see much of the river view.
But I must say the staff,generallly were very helpful and well trained.

We had a great stay except for the pillows being very hard. Bad sleep resulted. The same experience foe our friends booked in another room.

Staff were great. Breakfast was something to look forward to. Shame that the pool was in the shade all day. The steam room was not functioning. The location of the hotel was very convenient.

It was a great stay in the city , the room we had was big with lots of room around the bed and a small sofa too and we had an amazing view over the swan river , we also got a drink on arrival and as our room was not ready , they gave us a free drink voucher , so all in all a great stay pps as it was my birthday I also got a free cocktail in the bar , we will definitely stay here again .

It was amazing. Service was excellent! They upgraded us to a suite! But the suite has not been renovated yet, so it looks a little dated. But still comfortable and it's huuggee!! So no complaints! Perhaps pan Pacific can adopt some eco friendliness measures such as refillable bottles instead of giving out single use plastic bottles.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all aspects of the hotel. Mina in the Club Lounge was superb and ran a great facility which was delightful to attend. We will return. Thank you

There was no soundproofing. I could hear everything going on outside the room & hear the entire conversation clearly of the adjoining room. When I expressed these concerns, I did not feel they were taken seriously. We had no sleep due to the constant noise.

It was nice and quite - the renovations seem to be taking a long time - impacting first impressions and usability of the foyer area. I was offered a $20 upgrade to a view (I think most rooms particularly on the higher floors will have a river view??)

Valet parking took a bit of time dithering but everyone helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast nice. I'm sure it will be great when the renovations are done, but sadly that looks like it will take a while.

Hotel has renovations currently so it was a bit noisy , how ever the room was beautiful. Very comfy bed and pillows and I would stay here again .

My stay was very good. They are still doing their upgrades but knew of this before booking. Was busy at check in but was offered a drink while waiting. We did have an issue with our room but that was looked at straight away and when it could not be fixed was moved to a new room. Service was great.
