4th time at the hotel, great value for money not a luxury hotel but great louanf nice rooms & sty

Fabulous location right beside MBK mall and a 5 min walk to Siam Paragon. Excellent for families as area is quiet and safe.

Spent 4 nights here. The check-in was very smooth and the room was large, clean and comfortable. Had a good southern view from the 17th floor, which meant that you would not get direct sun in the morning or evening. Shower room had a ledge to sit on, so great for the elderly. The water pressure for the rain shower was a little weak, but the shower head was good. The aircon is powerful and was really useful for the hot Bangkok weather. The best part of the hotel was the direct connection to MBK, which was also directly connected to the rest of the other malls like Siam Discovery, Siam Center and Siam Paragon via the Skywalk. Easy access to the BTS too via the Skywalk - took it to go to Chatuchak Market but had to navigate through the malls to Siam Center to get to the Siam Station. This was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. The hotel also looks new with possibly a recent refurbishment. Their gym is really huge along with other sporting activities such as badminton, squash, pool and tennis, with even a 500m running track. Their resident spa - Bangkok Spa - was also offering a 1-for-1 for guest only in the mornings (before 12 noon) and 15% off otherwise for hotel guests. Had their Thai Massage (no oil) and was pretty strong and good. My only complaint would be that as my room was near the lift lobby, I was expecting noise from rowdy guests coming and going, but the noise actually came from the hotel staff who were gathering for meetings nearby in the staff lobby.
