It's always amazing at the Hampton. Especially the complementary hot breakfast, waffles yum. I definitely recommend staying here, the price is always right, and ur incidental deposit is reimbursed IMMEDIATLY after check out vs 3 to 5 business days everywhere else.

I have stayed here several times and I have always been pleased with the experience. It is conveniently located next to an Applebee's, and it is located near main roads making travel easy.

The hotel room I was assigned was wheel-hair friendly, but I am not in a wheelchair. Despite this meaning there was a moveable showerhead in the shower, the shower was not clean and the overall cleanliness of the room was lacking.(I kept finding long black hairs everywhere, and my hair is shorter than 2 inches, plus my socks were filthy after walking on the carpets of my room.) Additionally, hotels.com had me booked in a king w/ kitchenette, which the hotel says they do not actually have. Also, they had a sensor activated light in the bathroom with no ability to shut it off - not great for night trips to the bathroom, and no fan in the restroom. The front desk seemed pretty stressed though the breakfast service staff were pleasant. The breakfast offering was also good and that area of the hotel, at least, was clean and well maintained.

Room was not ready when we went to it. Fans were set up and the window was open. The floor was wet for some unknown reason? So walking around without shoes was not an option! Chair was on the bed?
Just a weird vibe. Of course no other rooms available!

Clean room in decent location not far from the airport. Quite a few restaurants close. Older hotel but I would stay again. Average breakfast included.

Our room was not cleaned well. There were things that were just not working correctly in the room. All management could say was, "I'm sorry to hear that". We stayed at the Homewood Suites earlier in our stay and it was must better.

Super accommodating. My sister and I had a flight tour to katmai that got cancelled so we decided to stay in anchorage another night. We had checked out at 6:30 am and were back at 9 trying to rebook another night. They let us have our old room right back and didn’t have to wait at all! Super comfortable beds also.

The hotel room we stayed in was ok but really needed a deep clean. The carpet was stained.We found socks from the previous person staying in the room. The shower needed a deep clean and the room needs dusting .

The peloton was broken, unable to lower seat.
The shuttle driver said he would come in ten minutes. Twenty minutes after that, the front desk called him and he said he’d be there in twenty minutes. I had to call an Uber to get to the airport. There was zero traffic and the airport is about six minutes away. No apology or anything.
Other than that, the hotel seems clean and staff are adequately polite. Breakfast was standard. Nice they have a pool.

Previously had arranged an underage client to check-in and communicated with staff on Friday; new staff member Sunday would not accept forwarded email from client and had to contact me directly again even though this is the 2x arrange I've made with the Front Desk. I've since asked what needed to be done in the future and was told Front Desk would discuss it amongst themselves.
