Everything was great and the stay was amazing.

Looked like a nice place but found a critter in the kitchen cabinet. Also there was no one at the front desk at night so no one to call if anything was needed. And the crowd there was very loud and unruly. Several people shouting all night and at one point it sounded like police was called. Sketch sketch sketch.

It smelled like animals in the hallways and their was animal hair everywhere in the hallway on the cart so my belongings got animal hair the shower floor made so much noise but other then that it was okay

This was one of the worst hotels that myself or my staff has ever been to.

A nice place to stay but the room should be better equipped with at least a coffee maker and cups!

Staff is great here but rooms are absolutely filthy. Bathtub is covered in rust and our initial room reeked of urine. The staff went above and beyond to help us though.

There was no power for two days.

I liked the price and the kitchen. I could not shower during my stay as the shower was out of order the entire time. I told front desk not was told no maintenance people working to repair

Dishes pots and pans werent available til 2 days into my stay, i went and bought my own so i could use the stove i paid for. Linenes werent available til the following day, the first time i tried to exchange towels they had no clean ones. The a/c only worked on low fan . Inhad to exchange the remote and even then i couldnt press guuide or the tv would go into hotel portal mode and the picture would get real small and them id have to tuen the power on and off again to reaet it and get the picture back. It was annoying. And there breakfast is a muffin and coffee. For half the price you can get a room at howard johnsons and the breaffast is cereal,waffels beagels,yougurt,coffee juice tea avaialblr oatmeal. Almost like the residence in except they dont serve scrambled eggs and sausage. That will cost you $100 more at residence inn. Extended stay more like unintended stay..

My stay was nice and quiet. My room was clean, ac worked great and the staff was friendly. The full size refrigerator was fantastic and ran ice cold. I will be back.

We booked a room with one king and sofa bed and fully paid for it. Upon arrival, it turned out they did not have this type of room available, and they gave us a room with one bed instead. On top of it, they refused to refund the price difference. Their manager was neither friendly nor helpful. Not recommend

Carson St. gave our reservation to a nearby Extended Stay on Torrance Blvd. and the room dirty floors, furniture was damaged inside drawers and outside. Only 1 hand towel, 0 wash towels, 4 bath towels, 1 mat. Only coffee and cereal packets for breakfast. Tried to charge me over $200 for the night, but I had print out of reservation so she had to give me the quoted rate.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had to wait for check-in. There weren't any available restrooms in the lobby. The kitchen sink faucet leaked, the shower was stained, there weren't any toiletries or hair dryer or remote for the TV. The bathroom door wasn't able to close or open properly. BUT, the bed was comfortable.

The room was dirty as soon as we walked in it smelled like mildew then we smelled the linens and the pillows and they smell like mildew.. The shower had mold around the tub.. Didn’t have ice machine . their vending machines charged any item for five dollars, which is ridiculous. this would be the worst hotel that I stood in and me and my wife, like to travel we never ever recommend them

You have a fridge and stove but they give you no utensils or cooking items.

I just stayed here and the room I had was filthy. There looked to be a cigarette burn on the table, the wall in the bathroom had paint peeling indicating a water leak from the above room. The floor in the bathroom was also squishy and showed water damage. The room was very musty and smelled like it had previously been smoked it. Would not recommend this place.
