Room 537. Thermostat did not function so no air. No engineers on staff so could not be fixed. Should have moved rooms but was midnight when discovered. Might have been able to overcome that, but elevator movement/ sound/rumble very noticeable in room as you lie in bed. No credit at checkout offered for these issues so can't recommend.

The hotel is within walking distance to Univ of Pennsylvania community. The valet parking is good and expensive but expected. Breakfast is not included. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s a good hotel for visiting UPenn.

Wonderful location. The proximity to U Penn is why we booked, and the reason we will return. The car valet staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant 4-day business trip with clean, comfortable accommodations. The clock in room was set to wrong time and didn’t seem to allow me to fix it. It nearly made me late on day 1. That is my only criticism.

I booked a room with two beds but got a room with only one bed upon check-in. I was told they oversold, and since I booked with Expedia, not directly with the hotel, they would not honor the room type I booked. I reached out to Expedia, as I have booked many hotels in the past through them and have never had this issue with any other hotels. Expedia contacted the hotel on my behalf, and the hotel manager claimed they apologized for the inconvenience and have provided me compensation —a rollaway bed in the room!
Stay away from this hotel if you don't want to deal with reservation not being honored and rude staff/manager.
