very nice hotel, staff very friendly, food good Dinner and breakfast, WIFI ok, plenty of parking. very quiet area.

I stay in a lot of hotels for various price brackets and this what’s by far the least amount of hotel for the most money Nearly £160 a night room only for the smallest tightest of rooms with the most basic of set up was quite disappointing, the food was basic mostly frozen items reheated The service team where trying their best and where lovely but the main guy with the waistcoat was miserable, left tip on the receipt on a £37.68 meal , crossed out the amount and wrote £45 and the guy looks at at and says you're supposed to but the difference not a total, I said well it’s 45 total the rest is too and then gave it back for me to do the maths I changed it back to 37.68 and left nothing

No toilet roll in the bathroom and soap dispensers didn’t work, not great when you’re already in the shower. No TV remote control, other than that great…….

We had a problem with room type as the photos on Hotels.com website did not match the actual rooms at the hotel. We specifically booked a room via Hotels.com which was supposed to have a shower cubical and NOT an over-bath shower according to the room photos given on the website. The hotel staff tried very hard to resolve this, but the hotel was extremely full, so we had to have an 'accessibility' room which was okay but was a Standard, not a Deluxe as booked. Forest Pines (Q Hotels) did give us a bar credit for the difference in cost which was gratefully received. Other than this room-type issue, which was not the fault of Forest Pines, all staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Once we got the correct room sorted it was really nice to be there. We had a walk round the grounds before dinner and they are in stunning condition. Food was superb, bed was really comfy, and breakfast was excellent. and good value for money too.!

Receptionist was professional and very helpful. All team members in other departments were great. But the Receptionist was exceptionally with customer service.

The hotel is good the staff are excellent food is expensive but lovely. We only had 1 hour in the pool for adult swim on the weekend. I was offered room for disabled which had shower toilet and i could leave my walker and clothes in and i had the key. All the staff were amazing.

Set in a lovely surrounding, great facilities, large rooms. Staff all super helpful and friendly.. a great place to relax and unwind

Overall the hotel is good our meals were excellent but we had no room service during our stay and had to use old towels as housekeeping had closed when we advised reception.

Staff are great. Spa is lovely. Modern room. Free mini bar is a nice touch. It’s a long walk from reception to a lot of the rooms but that was fine for us. Well Located. Decent breakfast. Would come back.

The room and the bathroom was a good size & clean. The food was very nice. Only problem was the traffic noise, which was very loud in the night, which we could hear clearly in the room and so didn't get a good nights sleep, we informed the receptionist the next morning and they did apologise. Overall, the staff were friendly and if it wasn't for the noise, it would be a lovely hotel to stay at.
