So many faults in five star hotel. Really bad breakfast. They charge for going to gym! Lunches were very expensive and bad food. For example fish was old. They did not charge for that but it should not be like that. Once I went to reception and a young receptionist lady did not say good afternoon back after I said. I have to tell my name four times after she understood.

We spent a wonderful 4 days at The One & Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. I cannot say enough about the friendly customer service from every staff member we encountered, from the front entrance to the restaurants and pool and everywhere in between. The hotel itself is perfectly situated in a quieter area near Media City and conveniently located near the Tram for easy access to the Marina or downtown Dubai. Beautiful and refreshing pools and gorgeous beach access. The buffet breakfast and meals we ate at the hotel restaurants, Olives and Trésind, were delicious! We would definitely recommend booking here and would stay at this One & Only location if we were to return to Dubai.

The room decor in The Palace area is outdated, whie slow room services, the room air conditioning eas not cooling good, the pool and beach services only offer drinks and don't provide any food options including basic items like french frise. There is no life, activities in the resort. The pool and outdoor facilities are very good.

Very good family hotel with good service and during the entertainment for the kids, the restaurants are all very good, water sport available inside the complexe, we stayed at the Palace, as they have different building, the pool is overlooking the beach

Exceptional property, staff and service.
Although breakfast was really good, there is lack of huge variety to choose from. Unfortunately pool not available after 7pm, which is a shame as nice to be able to have a swim in evenings when it is cooler.

This is the only hotel I stay at whilst visiting Dubai, I have stayed here numerous times and it never fails! I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and generous, I walked into my room and was gifted a beautiful bunch of flowers - wish I could bring them back with me to London. I want to thank Saif and Atif at the main entrance for always being helpful and making me feel comfortable - they went over and beyond to answer any query I had. The amenities in the hotel are wonderful - just wow!

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed before. Breakfast and services were fabulous. I’d recommend having a breakfast at Arabic Court which has absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. I’d recommend staying in summer, which is off season for Dubai, as you can avoid tourist crowd.
I would love to come back in future.

We loved every moment of our stay! A couple of points: there is some noise from the near by construction. There may be a need to fine tune the service during breakfast in the Rotisserie.

I have been to Dubai 21 times and stayed in 31 hotels including the Burj Al Arab but this hotel is my favourite bye far we got upgraded to a suite early check-in and late checkout also it was our wedding anniversary and welcomed my wife with flowers which was a lovely surprise 4 pools and a beach amazing dinning options also the suite was out of this world and again thank you from Scotland
