This property was in a walkable neighborhood with good options for food and entertainment. Catching a Bolt ride was also quite easy. The staff were kind and made sure to accommodate me

Room was fine. Some dust below the bed ane on the cabinet behind the tv. It looks like was not cleaned for a while.
Breakfast was great. Personnel at reception and kitchen were very nice
I recommend this hotel anyway

Fantastic staff. Clean and comfortable - if a little basic. Pool a nice bonus. Area ok if you are fit to walk or have a car!

The Ibis Marseille Bonneveine is in a great location. It is easily accessible by the buses and there are lots of places to shop and eat in the shopping centre that is directly opposite. The staff are friendly and speak English well. The room itself was lovely and clean. Ours overlooked the swimming pool and tennis courts. The beds were really confortable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here if you’re looking for something comfortable with good transport links.

This guys are really angels! They made everything possible. I was amazed but everyone and everybody there this staff is on the top of any expectation.

This is an inexpensive hotel, very casual, a lot of young people, but quiet. It's in a commercial section of town, a drive away from anything.

When I booked this hotel, the pictures were a bit misleading. It showed updated rooms but when you get inside, they are older, really small. There was no room to put my suitcase on the ground at all. The beds are hard and the AC works on/off.

The hotel books rooms for 3 people by converting a desk to a third bed! The room was small even for 2 people. The entire hotel, except for the lobby and breakfast area needed a scrub down. The parking garage level with the elevator to the lobby smelled like sewer.
The worst part is that we could have stayed at a much better hotel but had chosen this one for Its proximity to the calanque.
Staff was helpful and nice, breakfast was good.

Reasonable clean hotel. A shopping mall with Carrefour center just across the street. Minutes by car to the South beach and hippodrome. A lot of street parking.

Quite hard to get to and no bus to the beach which is quite a walk, other than that, food was excellent and so were the staff. Very clean and comfortable.
