The biggest problem is the lack of breakfast.

The stay was decent. It is difficult to give a comprehensive review because my stay was very short. The attendant charged me for parking without asking if I had even driven.
My room was on the first floor near the open lobby door which made it noisy, as it appeared that an event was taking place.

Got in extremely late and had no issues with checking in. Was only able to grab a few hours of sleep but everything I experienced in that short amount of time was excellent. Bed and pillows were top notch!

Elevator was broken all weekend. Staff did not know where stairs were. Safety hazards all around

This was the second time I have stood at this property. The housekeeping is nice and eager to please. As for the staff at the front desk can sometimes be very rude and short with patients as for the property itself for the two times I have stayed there. The elevator seems to always be broken and you have to wait for one elevator. The rooms are nice for the size and clean

front desk workers were extremely rude and weren’t polite to you if you weren’t an elite member. they ignored us, never greeted us, were rude on the phone when they finally answered, just not a friendly or welcoming environment. they made it clear you have to be apart of their elite club to be treated nicely there
